Location Location Location. It is minimalist but provided what was needed. One piece of advice, make sure you have good knees...the steps (ladder) up to the bedroom loft are steep. Love PR!

The location of this property was great. The communication of the Property Manager was great, but the listing itself was very disappointing especially being that this was my 10th year anniversary celebration. The pictures that you see are not accurate. It felt very eerie.

This is a really authentic place to stay. The location is so perfect. Watching the sunset next to a 500 year old fort was really cool. Being in this location makes it a bit expensive as far as drinks and food so, if your a foodie, I recommend doing a food tour. The rainforest was so beautiful. It was also a bit strenuous. Water shoes if you are doing the rainforest rock sliding. So as far as the actual hotel/ air bb. This place is very, very charming. I loved it. The pics online ARE a bit diffent. Little things only though. Like there was not a microwave or toaster. There Was a stove to though with pots and pans. And the set up in the bedroom was a bit diffent than the pics. MY particular group needed more blankets and maybe a few more beach towels. The ladder to get up there is a bit steep. All that said I WILL totally stay here again... I just love the old feel of everything. It felt like I was staying in a place full of history and that felt amazing,, if that makes sense. I'd rate at a 9.5.
