Come and stay in our beautiful 650-square foot studio apartment located in Isla Verde, Carolina, Puerto Rico.

All appliances and home furniture are brand new and modern with high efficiency ratings. Washer and dryer (quarter machines) are available on the parking area of the condominium.

Conveniently situated on the elevated first floor, you can relax on the balcony and hear the beach waves roll day and night. The balcony faces East and is fully shaded by noon.

The tide shifts constantly throughout the year. Usually during the summer months, the ocean recedes to expose over 60 feet of beach sand. In winter, the waves move closer and cover half the inclined steps at the rear building access. Because of the topography, this perennial variety of ocean views is a unique feature in this unit! Pine groove beach is just steps away from the apartment.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Plan your luxurious vacation and travel to the best beaches in Puerto Rico. You will be within walking distance of Pine Grove Beach, Carolina Beach, Playa Isla Verde, and Balneario Isla Verde (Playa el Alambique / Hobie beach). Watersport equipment rentals, umbrellas, and the food and beverage merchants are widely available at all these beaches.

Our unit has one assigned compact car parking that is visible from the balcony. If you plan to rideshare, we are just 5 minutes away from San Juan International Airport; 15 minutes away from the Condado area; and just 20 minutes away from Old San Juan. The apartment is fully renovated and has excellent cross-ventilation.

Please use the air conditioner responsibly. While a brief power outage is common in Puerto Rico, the appliances are protected from spikes in electricity.

The building perimeter has LED lighting and 24-hour security surveillance cameras. The surrounding area uses red lights at night, so as not to disturb our sea turtles that come to nest on the beach. Please do not disturb sea turtles or their nests and clean up after you leave the beach.

Our building is located at the beginning of the Isla Verde strip, walking distance to full-service restaurants, trendy bars, and nightlife, which includes both vibrant local nightclubs and hotel attractions.
