Estamos listos para hacer negocios, por lo que reserve su alquiler de vacaciones hoy mismo. La mejor zona de San Juan. Totalmente amueblado convertido en una unidad de un dormitorio. Aproximadamente 500 Sq. con vista parcial al mar, balcón, seguridad veinticuatro horas, cuarto de lavado. Piscina remodelada en el suelo y gimnasio. Salón remodelado con aire acondicionado. Ubicado en la muy turística Ashford Avenue del área de Condado de San Juan.

Baño completo, cocina totalmente equipada que incluye una estufa de dos fogones, microondas, refrigeración, tostadora, cafetera, licuadora, utensilios de cocina, etc. Dos televisores de pantalla plana (uno es de 48 "pared HD TV plana) con cable, sistema estéreo, cama de matrimonio y un futón de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. Central A / C. ¡WIFI EN APARTAMENTO!

Alquiler a largo plazo disponible a partir de 6 meses: un año comenzando el 15 de agosto de 2018 a $ 2,500 al mes. Incluye

Spring brake stay

Great location, minutes walk to variety if stores, restaurants and beach. Quick 10 min drive to Old San Juan. Place needs some maintenance, it is dated but clean. My only complaint is a street noice and generator rooms noise from the hotels across the street.thehhotaacroaceosathestreetstreet.

A perfect vacation

I spent a pleasant month in this very clean and well-stocked condo in San Juan’s beachside neighborhood of Condado. For the first week I was joined by a friend and there was plenty of room for the two of us and our belongings. When my friend left and I was on my own I was even more pleased with the well-maintained building and its locked lobby, helpful round-the-clock security staff, and on-site pool and laundry facilities. And the unbeatable location—walking distance to beaches, restaurants, museums, casinos; a short Uber ride (or even less expensive bus ride) to Old San Juan—made for a perfect vacation. To top off the experience, the condo’s owner, Aida, could not have been more amenable and accessible.

Nice and Convenient

My boyfriend and I were in San Juan to attend a wedding. This rental is close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The property manager was very kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including a balcony with a nice partial view of the beach and front desk security. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and the sofa bed seemed new. Although functional, aesthetically speaking, the kitchen could use an upgrade. The apartment was conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and 24 hour superstores. We enjoyed our stay.

Well done in almost all regards.

Great place, as advertised. Building elevators were constantly under repair but they got both working at the end of our stay. Perfect location. 🥰

Hidden gem of a condo

My friend and I stayed in this property for a few days while visiting Puerto Rico for a girls trip. The condo was absolutely spotless. I usually wipe things down with a Clorox wipe anyway but everything was so clean already. Not a spot of dirt in the entire place which was very impressive. I really appreciate the gated parking garage cause parking anywhere near the complex would’ve been impossible. The view of the ocean and city from the balcony was spectacular. The location was great and very walkable to bars and restaurants. The security guard at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly (only 1 out of 3 security guards speak English). The host provided plenty of towels, and the bed was comfortable. The shower has no door so water did get everywhere every time we took a shower and there is only 1 outlet in the bathroom. But the bathroom was nicely updated. Really appreciate having the air conditioning. Our favorite place was the balcony. Being in the city, it does get a little noisy at night but we didn’t mind. The power went out in the complex twice during our stay but the host was very communicative and helpful during the blackouts. She was gracious and responded quickly to any questions I had during the entire stay. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here again.

Great Location but the property needs a little updating

Property is well located and clean. However it felt a bit “crowded” because of what we considered maybe too much furniture. It has lots of potential and as it is now it is a good place to sleep. This could be an amazing property if the kitchen is updated and the tile floor is replaced. Nothing wrong with both things but it felt very outdated. Guess it is a matter of taste. The building was super clean and secure. Kudos to the night guard Ivan who was so friendly and helpful during check in. Thanks to the host as well.

Very nice little condo in the perfect location. Aida was extremely helpful and very responsive. The property has all the amenities of being at home, while in the middle of Condado Beach. I will definitely look to stay here the next time I visit San Juan.

Perfect Location No complaints!

Easy check in process and a very responsive host. Near food, Walgreens and shops. Hotels right across the street and the neighbors are friendly. The security can be a bit more friendly but not a deal breaker. The beach is a short walk away and you get a pretty decent view of the ocean. No complaints, I will stay again.

Recharging the mind and body

This property was absolutely perfect!! We loved the location just steps from the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and coffeeee :)) The balcony was lovely! The full kitchen and all the amenities provided were great. The host was very responsive with all communication. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!!

Good value

Quite small, but great for staying in the perfect location when you plan to be mostly out and about. The place was quite sandy when we arrived, but otherwise clean. Air conditioning was great. Really quick communication from the host.

The property was great. There was a ton of good restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a short walk as well. You do get a view of it from the property which is nice. Walgreens and CVS are right there, and they have any amenities you could want and may have forgotten. The place had a kitchen that we never used, but was fully stoked. We had a rental the last two days, and they have a parking garage in the basement of the building, which was really helpful. It is a loud area to stay in, but we were always so tired that we slept right through it.
