This cute house is nicely remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a fenced back yard. The bathroom has marble, the kitchen has granite countertops and all new appliances. Lovely hardwood floors abound. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and bath, the house has a living room, a gathering room, a large eating space in the kitchen, a full laundry room with art table for indoor fun. The large back yard is fenced, so well-behaved pets are welcome, too. The back patio has two sets of outdoor furniture and lots of pretty flowers. The neighborhood is friendly and located perfectly. Everything is close-by. You won't even need your car unless you want to explore the beautiful mountains and hills and scenery around the community. Perfect LOCATION!!
This house is owned by an older couple who purchased the house because of its location (so near to the heart of town) and its proximity to family members who live in the neighborhood and love it. When we retire, we will probably move to this area because our grandkids live close-by and because the area is simply so cute and conveniently close to all of the fun activities and restaurants in Coeur d'Alene.

LOCATION! And it's very cute and in a lovely neighborhood!
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Plus the house is really nice inside and has a nice yard... We are only one block off the IRONMAN course; 2 blocks to Tubbs Hill, the beautiful parks, the Lake, the bike paths..... all the kid fun; 3 blocks to downtown stores and restaurants. You can walk everywhere!
We spent a week in Coeur d'Alene and this house was the perfect location. It was within two blocks of the Tub Hill area and the trail leading into McEuen Park. Once on the trail it was an easy walk ( 5 minutes) to the Tubbs Hill trails, the Coeur d'Alene Resort, or the downtown area. We walked everywhere and only used our car to go back and forth to Spokane and get to the mountain bike trails. This house was very quaint and is the perfect size for two people or a small family. We will definitely rent this place again for future stays. The owner Eva was very nice and is very helpful with any questions/problems encountered. Our favorite spots in town were Vault coffee, Coeur d'Alene Coffee house, Bakery by theLake, Crafted(great beer list), Uva (Italian), and the Dockside at the resort for a great buffet breakfast! We mountain biked the Fourth of July Trail and English Point (Hayden Lake). Great trails for a novice Mt. biker like myself... Much more difficult trails in the area too. Overall it was a great week.... the only thing keeping it from a fantastic week was all the smoke the last three days from all the PNW forest fires.
We really really loved the location. It was the perfect place to be, walking distance to the water in multiple directions, the park, all of downtown. The house was cute and what we needed.
Clean and bright. Fun winter location. Good place for a quiet getaway!
The house is in a great location and was the perfect size for my wife and two kids.
McEuen Park (with access to Tubbs Hill, Centenial Trail and the lake) is one block away. Downtown restaurants and shops are a 5 minute walk. Very little traffic going by the house unless you count the deer and turkeys.
My husband and myself recently spent 7 nights in this house and we really enjoyed our stay. Our son and his girlfriend joined us for 3 nights and the layout of the house was perfect for 4 people. The house is immaculate and well equipped. Even with extremely hot outdoor temperatures the 2 window air conditioners kept the house very comfortable. Our dog was with us and the fenced yard was perfect. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Quick access to Tubbs Hill was great and we enjoyed daily hikes there. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the location allowed us to walk to most Coeur d' Alene attractions - hardly used our car. Eva responded quickly to information requests and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.
This house is located right in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, just 3 blocks from festive, cute, downtown Coeur d'Alene with all of its funky shops and art galleries and dozens of restaurants, 2 blocks to TubbsHill hiking, 2 blocks to the water and beaches of Lake Coeur d'Alene. Everything is in easy walking distance! So many outdoor sports available, you'll never run out of things to do: water sports and boating, nature hiking, white water rafting, fly fishing, 40+golf courses, biking, shopping, great restaurants, beautiful scenic drives in all directions, or just relaxing in a cute, friendly setting.
