Lake Palestine 3.5-Story Waterfront House and Dock

You will feel right at home in our spacious 5,005 square foot, three and a half story home. Waterfront with a boathouse and dock. Wall to wall windows, you will feel drawn to any one of the three decks or balconies on the back of the house. You won't want to miss the incredible sunset over Lake Palestine on any of your nights here!

On the entry floor, you have a spacious living room, bedroom with 2 queen beds and a daybed, den (with a sleeper sofa and two futons), a full bath with a shower, a dining room, washer/dryer room, main kitchen and wall-to-wall windows with a full length balcony.

Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms, and their private baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large windows and a private deck with a great view of the lake. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a private bath with tub & shower.

Downstairs, you will find our remodeled family room with a gorgeous view. This room is designed for entertainment with wall-to-wall windows. With a game room and large spacious family, event space including it’s own kitchen, surround sound, multiple televisions, and full bathroom including shower.

The wine cellar is accessible from the family room via a steep staircase.

Finally the large deck is a great place to hang out with a grill and lots of seating. The boathouse out back is the perfect place to fish from or to dock your boat after a fun day on the lake. (If you don't have your own water toys, you can rent them from a nearby Marina.)
