Ideal for families or groups of 4, the cottage comfortably accommodates everyone with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Kids love the cozy setup, and there’s plenty of room to make yourself at home. Everything is new and high quality.

We are under a flight path and it is common to hear flights take off in the mornings around 7am and last flights in the evenings stop around 10:30pm...during the summer months you will hear fireworks nightly from across the bay at Sea World. This is common all around our area. We also have noise restrictions in all beach neighborhood and observe quiet hours of 10pm-7am everyday. No parties or loud noise will be tolerated during "Quiet Hours"
