Welcome to our family house. It's close to public transportation, the airport, downtown, and many family activities. You will love the subdivision. Accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and groups.

- Bedroom 2: 1 Matrimonial bed (for 2 people) + 1 Single bed (for 1 person)
- Common area: 1 dining room for 8 people + Kitchen + Full Bathroom
LEVEL 1
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) + 1 Single sofa bed (for 1 person).
- Bedroom 4: 2 Single bed (for 2 people) + Full bathroom
- Common area: 1 expandable table and benches for 4 + Kitchen + Full bathroom + Balcony
STAIRCASE: The spiral staircase connects internally to all three levels

BATHROOM: The 4 bathrooms are equipped with soap toiletries, towels and toilet paper.

KITCHEN and DINING ROOM: Both kitchens are fully equipped and have a full line of appliances along with all the necessary crockery and more.

PARKING: We have exclusive space where 2 cars fit however for extra large dimensions it can be limited we ask you to take it into account and let us know to give you options.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free wifi (up to 75 Mbps) and smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

To avoid surprises, make sure to read these important details about the place. -The parking spaces are limited on the property and the commons in the subdivision are unassigned in case their capacity is covered you will need to look for other alternatives nearby. - Take into account that a security deposit can be requested. - Also available on-demand services are: forward pantry shopping, laundry, private chauffeur, maid service, yoga practice, bicycles, special events, renting a minivan and more. - Surveillance camera: For the protection of guests and property, we have CCTV present at the entrances and exits. There is no surveillance inside the property. - To comply with all legal requirements and safety rules of the listing, it will be requested to send government-issued government issued photo ID of all guests.
