We are centrally located to The University of Montana, the hip strip of downtown Missoula and the Clark Fork River walking trails. Many local eateries and coffee shops nearby.
Each bedroom has its own hall to your en-suite bathroom and walk-in closets. Large Smart TV’s and amenity’s to help your stay be as comfortable as home.
The open living dining and Kitchen accommodations are comfortably set up for you to have a nice dinner, enjoy a show, or just relax. The stacked washer and dryer available for you. Full oven and cooktop with dishwasher and disposal. We do hope you choose to experience comfort and relaxation with us when you choose to book with us. Great location! Easy walk to downtown to explore shops & restaurants. Close to university as well. The beds were very comfortable & each room has a smart tv. Kitchen had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice home in great location

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable property in easy walking distance of Missoula's Hip Strip, downtown, university campus, and 2 large grocery stores.

My husband and I were traveling with our youngest adult son. We are all tall and having 2 king suites was perfect for us! The attention to detail was perfect. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations! We are planning on coming back next year and will not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Sandra for being a great host!

Walkable Missoula

The place is a brand new ADU above a detached garage. It’s very clean with a comfortable space for relaxing. Easy walk to the Hip Strip and Downtown with a grocery store a block away. The owner was extremely quick to respond and available for any questions.

Privacy and Quality

I traveled with my daughter & her fiancé for my son’s college graduation (Go Griz). The space seemed intentionally designed for privacy. Bedrooms/bathrooms had pocket door creating a private suite. Kitchen was immaculate and well appointed. Big comfy couch. High end washer/dryer. Fans in vaulted ceilings were silent and effective. Everything was brand new.
