Fully Remodeled Heart of Missoula Bungalow

Built in 1949, the entire home went under a full gut and remodel this late spring. Maple floors, custom beds/mattresses, large 6 stool concrete bar top with leather stools. Formal dining for six guests, full surround sound, heated tile floors in kitchen/bath. Air conditioning and forced air heat. One king size, one queen size. Full tile bathroom, curbless shower. 600 sq/ft outdoor living space (with firepit to be available soon) Very high end custom finishes and furnishings throughout. Five blocks from the hip strip in one of Missoulas most coveted parts of town (professional photos to come)

Our new ‘home away from home’ in Missoula

Absolutely loved this place! It’s like this adorable house went through a Reno on HGTV it’s so awesome! Each room has carefully curated pieces and lots of different earthy textures! So comfortable and well appointed. Levi was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed!

Missoula Moment

We used 611 Edith Street as a hub to explore downtown. Breweries are within a 25 minute stroll as is Caras Park which hosts both daytime and evening activities. The property was also a lovely place to stretch out in the sun and read a book. Levi replied quickly to all of our questions and was flexible and welcoming; all in all, the perfect host.

Awesome cozy rental

We’ve rented twice and hope to stay again next time we’re in town. Home is a very modern and clean unit with a great private backyard with gas fire pit. Fast/easy communication with the owner. Great location. Highly recommend! Thanks Levi, hope to be back next year.

Bungalow Getaway

Is it to Missoula

This property is beautifully remodeled and has a very warm and welcoming feel. The beds are very comfortable and the open kitchen is a nice place to gather. The backyard has a large grassy area and a nice fire pit to sit and watch the sunsets and enjoy your family time. The owner is easily accessible and the check-in/check-out process is smooth and easy. Great pls e to stay and centrally located to downtown and UM.

Cool updated house in a quiet neighborhood

Very clean and comfortable renovated older house in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Great shower! Needed a few little things like shampoo and soap but otherwise we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The owner was super responsive and accommodating.

Sweet Home Away From Home

Loved this sweet and stylish home. Everything has been remodeled into the perfect, cozy, little retreat with everything you need to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the warm tile floors in the bathroom at any time of day but especially in the morning. The yard is also spacious and lovely and the neighbors are all very nice. I will definitely come back!

The cutest house

Great house in a central location that we could easily walk or drive to dinner/coffee/hikes. Great wifi so we could work for a few days. Recommend bringing your own shampoo and soap, in addition to coffee filters! Cute neighborhood cat that likes to lay outside and demand pets on the sidewalk :)

Nice place to hang your hat

This was a nice alternative to a hotel stay. House was great. Very comforable. Could have used better living room furniture. Nice outdoor space. Levi was super easy to deal with and very accomodating. Location was quiet and on a neighborhood street. A little removed from downtown but not too bad. Convenient for UM.

Wonderful house in a lovely neighborhood

We were here in the Fall and the tree-lined street was ablaze with color. The house is completely new inside and very well decorated. Great furnishings, rugs, kitchen appliances and bathroom features like a rain shower and heated floors. The beds are excellent. The area is very quiet and one evening a family of deer walked right through the front yard. The faun ate the flowers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Modern with old Missoula charm

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely remodeled Missoula cottage in the Rose Park area. The design is clean and uncluttered; beds comfortable; kitchen has everything you’d need. The weather was in the mid-high 90s during our stay and the house stayed very comfortable. One thing to be aware of is there is an accessory dwelling unit (garage with office/apt above) in the backyard. I would love to come back when the weather is cooler and make use of the fire pit and heated floors!

Wonderful weekend!

This property is very nice and well kept. We liked the location and could walk to most anything! Levi was great to work with and very flexible. The first time in a long time renting a VRBO where there were no check out instructions! What a bonus! No drawers to put clothing and not much seating in living area, but plenty of occasional chairs to move about. I highly recommend staying for a weekend...check on the construction in the back yard before booking. Thanks Levi!

Great place!

Very clean, great location, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen. There is a lot of “tech” in this house, which was cool. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
