We stayed 9 nights with 13 people in the house. It never felt cramped. Everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend upgrading to use the hot tub. Even at the end of September/beginning of October, it is cool enough. If you’re bringing children, there is plenty to keep them occupied. Would stay again.

This beach home was stunning and housed two families for a week very comfortably. Since the home does allow pets, I recommend a thorough cleaning under furniture to ensure there is no pet hair for the next guest. The beaches were a little more crowded due to the public access shared with this home's beach access, but any day at the beach is better than home.The two refrigerators, dishwashers and washer/dryer units were fantastic! The grown men loved the arcade games and the gathering areas were very spacious. The pool was very nice and the views were amazing. We love Hilton Head and this home helped make our week a great one!

12 Sea Front Lane

Amazing place. No need to go anywhere once you check in. Golf trip with friends and we stayed here. Round of golf and we all came back to the house. There was no need to go anywhere else once we were at Sea Front. Plenty of room and entertainment to stay in. We all loved the place and look forward to returning.

The best home that we have rented in HH, by far. That was the consensus of our group. All of our family and guests were very comfortable in this large, beautiful home. I was concerned about the pool size when viewing the photos. However, it was larger than I realized and it comfortably accommodated us all. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. It is very close and just a couple of minutes walk.The kitchen is well stocked with all that you need for a large group. There are more than enough plates, cups, glasses and silverware. We tend to cook most days and the variety cookware was plentiful and better than most vacation places I’ve rented. There was also a waffle maker, which was a nice surprise. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and the showers are amazing. The two washers and dryers were great to have available. However, for the vertically challenged, it can be difficult to reach the buttons on the dryers. I would highly recommend this rental. Large, clean, great accommodations and close to the beach. All you need for a great week in Hilton Head. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we did.

We took a chance and booked the property before it was complete. Except for one room configuration, we were not disappointed as we enjoyed all of the luxuries of a beautiful, brand-new home. It was a huge benefit having the pool on the living level of the house, it's where we spent the majority of our time. As a large group, we tend to cook at home. The grill was a bit small, but the double ovens, dishwashers, and fridges were a huge plus, and the huge dining table allowed us all to gather and enjoy the feasts. This home boasts a spectacular location, offering a short stroll to the beach and a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Overall, it was the perfect place to gather and celebrate our parents' 65th wedding anniversary.

Overall the house was in a terrific location for beach access. The house was new and generally in good shape. The issue we had upon arrival was no working elevator. We called multiple times but the property manager wasn’t able to address the issue. With a 4 story house and heavy bags, an elevator was key to our decision to rent the house at 12 Seafront lane. While we understand that things can go wrong, the property manager’s inability to get the elevator company to even make a visit to the house wasn’t a good sign. We will come back to Hilton head but will look for at other properties managed by a different company.

Thank you for your review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the space and location. We inspected your property prior to arrival and found no issues with the elevator. We sent our tech over the day you reported the issue to us but he wasn't able to repair. We then contacted multiple elevator companies and unfortunately no one has immediate availability for a service call. We do understand your frustration in not having a working elevator, but issues like this hold us to the specialty vendors schedule. Since guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, please rest assured that we did everything we could to get this repaired for you in a timely manner. We would welcome the opportunity to host you again so can make this right for you. Thank you.
