Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.

The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.

Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors. Permit #030057
