Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 7 bedrooms including a fabulously fun loft area for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.

The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.

Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors.

Interaction with Guests:
The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

What a perfect house for our Friendsgiving vacation! Plenty of room for two families, adult kids and significant others. Very clean with everything we needed and short stroll to the beach. Sitting on the porch swings watching the sun come up was the best! We will be back!

We had the best week on our family reunion vacation. This house exceeded our expectations and allowed all 7 families to have their own space and the kids loved the bunk area. The beach was a simple few minute walk away and the pool/hot tub was a nightly hit. We will certainly be booking again.

The house was AMAZING. Everything was so clean and so nice. It is as advertised. Walk to the beach is 3-4 minutes and is beautiful. Communication was great. Ran out of propane one night and they had a tank delivered within the hour. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again for our annual family trip.

Great location, wonderful home and property for large group, fantastic location. Hot tub is covered which was great when it rained. Recommend a new bbq but the property manager was very prompt in addressing issues we had with it. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great house and location

We had a family reunion and chose this house for accommodations. This house was wonderful. It had a pool, hot tub, elevator, walk to beach, beach chairs plenty of space for the family. We will be back!

Amazing!

We had the most amazing stay here with our family for my husband’s 40th birthday. The location is amazing. The house was beautiful. Everything was perfect! We want to come back for my 40th next year!

Best vacation ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Life’s a Beach at Burke’s Beach. The beach is great for families and easily accessible from this property.The property was well maintained and provided everything you would need for a great time on the beach….chairs, beach wagon, and a cabana. Since we cook most of the time, the chef’s kitchen was ideal. Property manager, Elise, was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. We look forward to coming again next year!

Outstanding Property

I have rented many homes in Hilton Head but this was by far the best! The location is great since you can walk across the street to get to the beach. The layout of the house was wonderful and the size of the kitchen/dining and family room could easily accommodate our large group so we could hang out together. The pool and hot tub were great. Hopefully we will be back again.

The house was perfect for our beach vacation with friends. It was very roomy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. The gorgeous beach was just a short walk from the house! We appreciated having the beach wagon and chairs to use. The kids loved coming back from the beach to jump in the pool and hot tub. Our friends rented an electric vehicle, and we were pleased to find that there was an EV charger! We had the most relaxing vacation, and we will definitely be booking this house again.

Perfect home for a large group!

This property perfectly accommodated our group of 22 people. Everyone had enough space. The host was very responsive for all our needs. The location was perfect! Right by the beach and was a quick drive to restaurants and other locations on the island. 10/10 experience!

Awesome house and location

We stayed with 7 total couples for an out of town wedding. The house was very spacious, updated and clean. Each couple had their own bed room and the living areas and porches were great gathering spots for everyone.Being steps away from the beach was just the icing on the cake.

Beautiful home in the PERFECT location!

The house was meticulous and large enough to accommodate our large family group of 18. Each room was comfortable and wonderfully decorated’. First class all the way! We didn’t want to leave. Communication with the owners/managers was first rate. Questions were answered right away. HIGHLY recommend renting this house! You will not be disappointed!!!
