This beautiful villa is in two parts. The principal one have 2 floors, in the first floor there is a open kitchen and living room, there is one bedroom with is private bathroom ;on the second floor there is another bedroom with is private bathroom and a dressing room with a terrace. The second part of the villa has another bedroom, with a private bathroom, in which 3 persons can sleep. In between these 2 buildings is the swimming pool. The villa is complete furnished. You can go outside of the both villa and jump into the swimming pool. There is a nice garden around the villa. There is LCD TV with satellite.

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación de la casa, sin embargo requiere cambio de cañerías ( wc atascados, no sale agua por los grifos si el riego está en marcha...) y revisión de puertas de armarios (la habitación vestidor no la pudimos usar porque no se abre la puerta del todo y las puertas de los armarios no corren...). Con un poquito de inversión la casa sería excelente!

Cela répondait à nos attentes...

Maison très fonctionnelle, chaque chambre ayant sa salle de bain attenante est le côté sympathique... La literie est confortable. Juste revoir la chambre enfants ayant 2 lits superposés sans échelles ça n’était pas très pratique pour y grimper... Sa Ràpita n’est pas une station très touristique comparée à celles du nord de l’île, maintenant l’emplacement est idéal pour pour les visites et proche de Palma(30’). Je recommande cette location conforme à l’annonce.
