Welcome to this authentic Majorcan villa for 6 guests in Algaida. It boasts a private pool and beautiful corners.
This finca emanates the authenticity of the island from all the exterior areas around. There are several pretty corners that invite to enjoy the nature around the place. Specifically, the porch and the wonderful terrace in the back invite to cook delicious BBQs alfresco. This will be the best plan after a joyful morning swimming in the water salt pool. It's surrounded by artificial lawn with 4 sunloungers and it sizes 6 x 4 metres whilst the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres.

The accommodation comprises, on the one hand a main house -more authentic and with two floors- and on the other, a cosy annex by the pool. The main house meets our guests in an air-conditioned rustic but modern living - dining - kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a dining table and a comfy living area where you can watch the satellite TV with your family. Then, a bathroom with a shower completes this floor. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and the last bedroom -with an en-suite bathroom with a bath- is outside in the annex by the pool. All bedrooms offer a double bed, a closet and AC. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. Finally, you'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located 4.8 km from Algaida, one of the most authentic inland towns of the island because its ancient costums are still preserved. Here, you'll find all you need for your stay like restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20.8 km away, although we recommend you skirt the coast visiting paradisaical beaches like es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, etc.

The fireplace cannot be used.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

A perfect relaxing holiday villa with tranquil and lovely surroundings. It is a magical setting away from the bustle of tourism. Everything we needed was thought of by the owner. The only thing we would suggest is a house name on the road leading down to the property and a name on the security gate. We found our arrival rather confusing even though we had the coordinates.

The road is definitely not for small rental cars/or sporty cars -at least a small SUV is highly recommended. The only downside if the weather is chilly that the bathroom stays really cold. The artificial grass at the pool could use some update but beside that everything is great! Recommended ?

Ruhige Finca in schöner Lage – mit ein paar wichtigen Punkten vorab

Die Finca ist hübsch, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet – vor allem die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen und Grillen braucht. Die Lage mitten in der Natur ist idyllisch und wunderbar ruhig – perfekt, um mal komplett abzuschalten.Allerdings gibt es ein paar Dinge, die man vorher wissen sollte:•Die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen langen Schotterweg, der in sehr schlechtem Zustand ist. Ein normales Mietauto ist hier wirklich nicht geeignet – unser Wagen hat dabei Schaden genommen und musste letztlich ausgetauscht werden. Ein SUV ist dringend zu empfehlen.•Der Poolbereich ist deutlich kleiner und weniger gepflegt als auf den Fotos – wir hätten uns hier etwas mehr erwartet.•Ein Schlafzimmer liegt in einem separaten kleinen Häuschen. Für manche mag das charmant sein, für andere etwas unpraktisch – je nach Gruppenkonstellation.•Internetverbindung und Handyempfang sind kaum vorhanden – wer arbeiten oder erreichbar bleiben muss, sollte das bedenken.•Die Alarmanlage hat versehentlich ausgelöst, was nicht ganz unkompliziert war – am besten gar nicht erst aktivieren.Fazit: Eine schöne Finca für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen, mit dem passenden Auto anreisen und kein Problem damit haben, ein paar Tage offline zu sein.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist super ruhig, man hat absolut seine Ruhe. Leider war der Pool vom Staub dreckig, jedoch kam ein Tag später ein Pool Manager, der ihn reinigte. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Bedauerlich hat nur der TV nicht funktioniert und vom zweiten TV waren die Batterien leer. Sonst war alles gut :)

Alojamiento precioso

Alojamiento precioso y a unos 25 min de Palma. Ideal para relajarse y desconectar, la naturaleza de los alrededores super bonita. En unos 10 min en coche esta el pueblo de Algaida donde se pueden comprar cosas en el supermercado.

Wenn du Ruhe und eine erholsame Pause mit ein wenig Luxus möchtest, bist du hier genau richtig. Unsere Zeit in dieser Finca hat uns allen wunderbar gefallen und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die geräumige Finca befindet sich auf einem riesigen Anwesen mit Zitronen-, Oliven und Feigenbäumen. Leider etwas abseits vom Ort Algaida, daher ist ein Auto hier zwingend notwendig, da der letzte Abschnitt ein Schotterweg ist. Die Villa ist sehr privat mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Lass dich nicht vom Salzwasserpool abschrecken - war nicht so salzig wie gedacht. Innen ist sie nett eingerichtet, es gibt alles was man benötigt, auch an kleine Details wurde gedacht (Sonnenschirme, Mückenstecker, Strandtücher). Check-In/Check-Out war super. Die Finca ist perfekt für Grillabende bei Sonnenuntergang und um am eigenen Pool zu entspannen. Ich würde diese Finca jedem empfehlen, der dem Alltag entkommen oder einen tollen Familien/Freundesurlaub haben möchte.

La casa esta muy bien

Hemos estado en la casa dos semanas en agosto de 2021. Encontramos la casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar dos semanas. La casa esta muy bien y es como aparece en la descripción de AirBnB. La única pega que le ponemos es que la ubicación es muy muy lejana de cualquier punto con personas y comercios, a más de 10 minutos en coche de cualquier lugar habitado, y todo por carreteras estrechas. Si buscas un lugar de total desconexión la casa es ideal, pero si buscas un punto desde donde ir a las distintas playas y lugares de interés de Mallorca como nosotros, su ubicación es incómoda. Por lo demás la casa esta muy bien y es ideal para seis personas.

Schöne Finca mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Die Wegbeschreibung sollte etwas genauer sein. Am ersten Tor sollte man darauf hinweisen, dass es hier zur Finca geht. Das Schild Privado irritiert doch sehr. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung sind wohl etwas älter, da der Poolbereich doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Traumhaus in ruhiger Umgebung!

Wir haben drei Wochen mit Freunden Urlaub in dem beschrieben Objekt gemacht und sind voll und ganz mit unserer Wahl zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietungs-Agentur lief reibungslos, Nachfragen per E-Mail wurden sehr schnell kompetent beantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief völlig unproblematisch über einen Schlüsselkasten am Haus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafräume, Bäder und der Pool sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, klimatisiert und so groß, dass man dort gut und gerne mehrere Wochen Urlaub machen kann. Dazu kommt, dass das Haus zwar relativ weit weg von der nächsten Stadt ist - auch zum Strand fährt man rund eine halbe Stunde - jedoch durch die Ruhe, die ländliche Umgebung und dem eignen Pool zur Entspannung einlädt. Außerdem konnten wir selbst Zitronen, Feigen und Weintrauben auf dem Grundstück ernten. Wenn wir Kritik loswerden möchten, dann eigentlich nur zu der schönen aber nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten Küche (wenn man gern und ausgiebig kocht) und dem WiFi, das zwar funktioniert, allerdings sehr schwach auf der Brust ist. In jedem Fall kommen wir wieder :-)

Super séjour dans cette belle villa au calme

Super séjour dans cette belle villa au calme ! Emplacement plutôt central sur l’île, avec les grands axes routiers à proximité. L’agence a été très réactive pour nous aider sur un problème avec la machine à laver le linge, merci à eux. Je recommande ce lieu pour des vacances à Majorque !
