You must be 25 years old to book this property. No prom rentals please.
Family oriented home.
Check out our discounted rate for Sunday to Thursday stays with a 4 night minimum!!!!!
(Excludes holiday rental times)
During the summer we rent from Thursday to Sunday (3 night minimum) then Sunday to Thursday at a discount (4 night minimum) you can book any combinations of those check in and check out times. For example if it’s available you can take a Thursday check in and stay until the following Sunday if needed. (That would be 10 nights)

After booking ask about the pontoon boat rentals we offer.
Activities: fishing, boating, wave runners, biking, snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, bonfires.
We have all the modern televisions and sound systems with a large deck for enjoying the outdoors. There is a charcoal weber grill provided (we don’t supply charcoal) .
Master Bedroom: queen size bed.
Bedroom 2: Full over Full Bunk Bed.
Family Rm: Large sectional sofa that 2 can sleep if needed.
Quiet lake home on private drive.
About 400 feet from lake with a private pier and boat slip. Newly built and kept very clean.
Family oriented home with plenty of parking.
We supply linens and utensils for your stay including towels.
Outdoor fire pit for campfires.
Reasonably priced.
We have plenty of land to play games or enjoy the bag game we supply. If you bring a boat we have room to store your trailer. There is a marina on the next street over and they offer boat launching which makes it easy to get to our pier.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My husband, myself, and our 16 year old fisherman grandson enjoyed staying at this wonderful cabin/house. It was roomy, comfortable, clean, quiet, well-equipped, centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. I especially enjoyed the deck in the morning for my coffee and yoga. Vince(the owner) advised us to bring our own water and paper towels. The water is well water which is really no problem, but just in case I did bring 2 jugs of water. All the supplies are there except paper towels which are an essential for us, so I appreciated the heads up. Parking is very easy and convenient for one and maybe two vehicles. Our grandson fished mostly off a nearby bridge over a canal and caught about 20 small local fish in two days. We also rented a boat and had very little luck fishing from the boat. We did use Vince’s pier to dock for a quick stop at our cabin during the day - it was easy. We brought our own beach towels. I don’t think there were any provided. Fishing tip: you can fish off the piers at Lake Lawn Lodge - they don’t mind. And know that it’s a very weedy lake. We hope to return.

Hi Melanie, So happy you enjoyed your stay. I try to keep up with our guests needs to inform them that we supply soap, shampoo and toilet paper as if you were in a hotel room but some people may not want to run the diswasher so I let them know we don't supply paper plates or paper towels. If any guests forget any items we do our best to make it happen for them. Yes all the homes in Delavan around the lake has well water, even though we have a iron filter I suggest bring water to drink or to make coffee. Just so none of our guests are surpised with well water. Parking though is not as you mentioned for it will fit up to 4 cars if you park correctly. I do offer additional parking if someone has a boat trailer if needed. As for towels we do not supply beach towels, we do suppliy towels for the home shower, do to we have to turn the home around quickly for our place is in demand and we only have a certian amount of time to get all the linens and bath towels washed. But if someone asked for a beach towel my wife and I would have been happy to give some of ours. I understand about the weeds in the lakes in Wisconsin. They seam to vary from year to year but the best swimming and fishing is defintly off of a boat. We are happy for your nice review and hope you can visit again. Thanks Vince and Nancy

We loved our stay at this property!! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and the resort that the wedding took place at would not allow dogs, so we elected to stay at this property which was close by. Everything about the place was excellent and very much suited our needs!! Vince and his wife are wonderful hosts and are right nearby if you need anything during your stay! We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Perfect Match
