From this elevated perch, the sounds of the shore carry softly upward, creating a peaceful backdrop for unhurried days indoors and reflective moments overlooking the sea. Cooler coastal air invites lingering coffee breaks inside, balanced by easy walks along the beachfront just steps from the building.
The condo
This entire ninth-floor condo offers ocean, sea, beach, resort, and city skyline views from a private balcony. Elevator access and a private entrance simplify arrivals, and the elevated setting keeps the space comfortably removed from street-level activity. The layout is well suited for families or groups looking to enjoy North Myrtle Beach at a relaxed pace throughout the year.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to eight guests across two bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, providing flexible sleeping options without crowding. Fresh bed linens, along with extra pillows and blankets, are provided to keep evenings comfortable as temperatures cool. Two full bathrooms with bathtubs and hot water support smooth mornings when everyone is getting ready at once.
Living space and comfort
Large windows and glass doors bring natural light into the living areas while framing expansive coastal views. Heating and air conditioning allow you to stay comfortable regardless of the season. Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach and swim in the pools! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
This condo is privately owned and should be treated like a home, which serves as a helpful reminder for guests.
We offer information about the keycard lock and the procedure for picking up keycards, enhancing both the convenience and security of check-in.
Additionally, your stay includes linens, towels, washcloths, and initial supplies like trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper, ensuring guests are well-equipped for a comfortable beginning.
For those interested, beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
It's essential to note that daily maid service is not included, as this is not a hotel. However, if you wish for daily or bi-weekly maid service or a towel exchange, we can arrange this for an added fee.
As part of the resort amenities, you'll have full access to the following:

* Ice and Vending Machines

NOTE: Please be advised that the Indoor Pool and Lazy River will be closed starting April 19, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and tiling upgrades. The project will take approximately 7 to 10 days to complete. Can change depending on resorts needs.
All other resort amenities remain fully available.
Exterior Building Repair are expected to be done by the end of April
Beginning the first week of November, the building is undergoing exterior repairs including pressure washing, stucco work, waterproofing, and painting. Balcony access will be restricted during the project. Guests will not be able to use their balconies. Periodically men will be dropping down from swing stages and will be present on balconies. There will be periodic noise disturbances during working hours. The outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed during this phase of work.
All balconies are included, starting on the ocean and street sides, with an expected duration of approximately two months before transitioning to other areas, anticipated completion in about six months.
