Our Condo is just across the street from the public beach access. This is a corner unit and therefore has a wall of additional windows giving it a wonderfully sunny and airy feeling. Enjoy eating breakfast on the lanai as you watch the early morning beach goers heading out or returning from a morning of shelling. This location is great for beach lovers and those that want good access to the beach without the noise and congestion of the beach front properties. STOP LOOKING FOR PARKING IN MARCO BE RIGHT ACROSS THE BEACH, THIS UNIT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU.
Grab your beach chairs, noodles and beach toys (all provided) and you will be on the beach yourself in mere minutes.
While on the beach, enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun or partake in many of the activities offered from para-sailing and paddle boarding to jet skiing or wind surfing. If you build up an appetite, enjoy a nice lunch at the Marriot or simply walk back to the unit.
After a wonderful day at the beach,just cross the street and you are back home where you can take a refreshing dip in the pool(heated in the winter) or enjoy relaxing in the lounge chairs. Throw a steak on the pool side grill or play a little tennis! Maybe it's time to freshen up and head out to dine at one of the hundreds of fabulous restaurants located on Marco Island. No car no problem: taxi via Class A Transportation from RSW is $72 one way( tips included), and if you need grocery shopping trip- it is $7.5 one way to any of Marco Island grocery stores, and $25 to Walmart( it's not on the island). Marriott has a rental agency on site if needed.

The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and large walk-in closet allowing for additional privacy. The second bedroom has a Queens size bed and a bathroom right next to it. You also have your very own washer and dryer available within the condo unit for your own personal use. This unit is very nicely updated.

While on Marco Island don't forget to take a trolley ride and learn all about the island's history, rent bicycles or scooters to explore the shops, parks, and beautiful homes, try your hand at roller- blading and, most of all, have a wonderful time!

Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or just a place to relax and unwind, this is the place for you!

Marco for the week

This trip was simply amazing. Great weather! Beach was a close walk, safe, clean and heavily patrolled! Condo was as described with so many amenities for beach and just the little things made a difference for us! Lots of great food and activity choices given to us by property owners and communication was top notch! This is an hour drive from airport and super easy to get to. We hope to return!

Great place

Great place. Clean and the host had everything you could possibly want - supplies, beach items and even food and beverages. Host was also available for any questions which is always welcomed. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property. Very clean and well equipped with virtually anything you may need. Martha replies promptly to any questions you may have and is a wonderful host. Would stay here again.

Wonderful!

If you are looking for a wonderful and relaxing place to stay, this is it. The parking is very close to the condo and the beach access is right across the street. When the owner tells you that the place is fully equipped, she means it! Don’t bring any cooking stuff, don’t bring beach chairs, coolers, towels, or any of the stuff you normally have to haul around. We have NEVER stayed anywhere that was better outfitted. Mornings on the lanai for breakfast, and Doreen’s right down the street was something we really enjoyed. Martha is a WONDERFUL, loving, prompt communicator and everything could not have gone more smoothly.

Great location close to JW Marriott and Beach access just across the road!

Full two bedroom condo. Everything was there. Easy location. Only a five minute stroll to the JW Marriott. Beach access is right across the street. I was here for a meeting. Could not have asked for anything better! And the rates were excellent! Great bargain! . And if there is another meeting at the JW Marriott which I would attend-I will stay here! Great communication with the property manager, and check in was easy. I arrived after hours-and all Check in instructions were crystal-clear. I recommend highly!

Wonderful property, location, and Owners!

I have visited Marco Island in the past and the most important thing I learned is "access to the beach!" What a wonderful property I stumbled upon. The condo has a wonderful view and VERY easy access to the public walking path to the beach. This really takes away the stress from the public parking areas which are a challenge. Even if you pay the parking fee you would be walking further than you will if you stay here! Arriving at the condo we were greeted by the owner Laz. He showed us all the features of the condo, told us about the area and just provided a wonderfully inviting visit. Prior to arriving I was speaking with Martha who was very responsive to all my questions. When selecting a rental property, the owners can make all the difference! And finally, the condo was wonderful. It is a very inviting place with fun beach decor! The kitchen and both bathrooms have been remodeled. Everything you need is already there. In fact, I was shocked to see lots of beach items including chairs, fishing poles, towels and more! I should also mention that the beds were quite comfy as this is something that does not come through in pictures. If you are visiting Marco Island for the wonderful beach, Martha and Laz will provide you with a terrific visit!

Marco Island Retreat

We had a lovely time on Marco Island. We were very happy with the property. The location was great, the condo was stocked and very comfortable. I enjoyed the screened porch and the private pool. Martha and Laz were very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely recommend their condo to others, and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful

Great property. Fully equipped, attention to every detail. Beds extremely comfortable. The condo was spacious and extremely clean. Owners were extremely professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Public beach access right across the street. Overall wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!!!!

So very happy we chose this place! Martha and Lars have thought of everything for a perfect stay! The location is the best I could have imagined! Right across from the ocean with great beach access. We loved sitting on the screened in porch watching the summer storms roll in. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and so many games and beach equipment! We were all set! Pool was amazing. I swam (alone) every day! We will be back for sure!!

GREAT PLACE

Loved it! We have been visiting Marco for more than 20 years and this place is my favorite. It's only a block to the beach. I walked to South Beach one day and to Tiger tail the next Condo was very clean. Pool was always warm. Lots of attention to detail The Benters

Great stay!

One of the many great things about our stay in Florida was the friendliness of our property owners. They waited for us to get to the property until late at night, they explained where everything was and how to use it, the fridge was already filled with food, there was a plethora of beverages, and there was an abundance of beach towels and other beach items; there were way more things than we actually needed. Everything was clean and comfortable, the decor was very nice; it felt cozy and like home. The AC and many fans scattered throughout the condo helped immensely in dealing with the killer humidity outside. The location itself is fantastic; the beach was right across the street, and we were close to a plaza that had everything we needed (movie theater, restaurants, ice cream shop, gift shops, etc). The beach was filled with seashells and the sand was very soft; the ocean water was very nice and warm, the warmest we have ever been in. The restaurants at that plaza were very good; Da Vinci's was an Italian place with great food, while Seven Fish had such a nice ambiance and also great seafood; however, both were pricy. For breakfast, we took a short drive to Doreen's Cup of Joe and enjoyed some delicious freshly squeezed orange juice, as well as a tasty breakfast menu. The location of the condo was also very convenient as it was pretty close to Naples, which had drug stores and grocery stores for everything you need. The only inconveniences were the weather and the police; it must have been hurricane season as it thunderstormed every day, and the cops were out to get anyone for barely speeding (going 2 mph over the speed limit could get you a ticket). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and are very satisfied with what we paid for. We greatly recommend this place!

Get Ready to Relax!

In addition to being very close to the beach this condo is extremely well equipped. We stayed for an entire month and got to explore Marco Island. The condo complex is quiet and well maintained. Excellent pool and easy beach access. Liz and Martha went over things with us and encouraged us to call if we had any problems. No problems! While at Marco we rented kayaks from Paddle Marco and went to Paddle Craft Park just off the island. Great fun. We also recommend that you take the Pirate Ship sunset cruise out of Rose Marina. Be warned - the ship is raucous fun so don't mistake it for a serene voyage! We'll be back next year!

We both come from very large families, I alone have 12 brothers and sisters and he has only 5 in his.But we love nothing more than to share our condo with them often.

Marco Island is located in the gulf of Mexico in the far Southwest corner of Florida. It is nestled just south of Naples area. The Island is 4 miles by 6 miles and encompasses 6,800 acres. It is the largest island of the surrounding 10,000 islands. Marco Island features 6 miles of beach and over 100 miles of waterways. Within 30 minutes driving are air boat tours in the Everglades, shopping in Naples and fantastic golf. Airports: 30 minutes to Naples; 50 minutes to Fort Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Fort Lauderdale; 2 hours to Miami and 3 hours to Tampa.

Our favorite excursion was Big Cypress Bend boardwalk in Fakahatchee Strand (San Marco to 41 – go about 10 miles – it’s on the left) and the Marsh Trail (also 41 but on the right – only about 5 minutes). The conservancy walk on Tigertail Beach – M-f 8:30 AM is fun and worth doing.
