This 1 bedroom was a great stay. It is very close to the beach and restaurants. It is close to a busy street and can be noisy, but the ease of parking, pool, beach, balcony and stores outweighs the traffic noise. The apartment was spotless and well as the whole property.

Fantastic property. Comes with everything that a family could need for the beach. Perfect location. The bed is very comfortable as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet beach vacation.

Wonderful Stay At The Condo

Our family stayed at this lovely and well-equipped condo for 10 days over the holiday break. We had a great time and found the home to be clean, well organized, and offer everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect for us as well. We would definitely stay again!

We love this property. It is so relaxing to arrive on Marco Island, put your bags down and enjoy the BEACH. Just walk across the street to the beach entrance. Being a smaller property allows for easy in and out and no hassle with parking because it is Free and right next to the building.
