Beach front unit with a beautiful 8th floor southwest view over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the waves roll in from your master bedroom or living room balcony. This completely furnished unit is located at South Seas in a quiet gated community. Accommodations include king-sized bed in master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen sized inflatable mattress. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, boche ball, shuffleboard and an exercise room. Boat docks are also available at an additional fee. Enjoy many nearby activities swimming, shelling, golfing, bicyling, tennis, scuba diving, para sailing, jet skiing, kayaking and fine dining.

This two bedroom condo has been completely updated and offers an upscale vacation experience that will long be remembered. Kick back on the balcony with a cool drink, the views shown are what you will see. The gated complex features heated pool, tennis courts, an outstanding exercise facility and much more.

Great restaurants, shopping, fishing, scuba, snorkeling, jet skiing, para-sailing, shelling, Everglades tours, golf, tennis, Naples zoo, dinner theaters.

very good location -- just a little on the old side and in need of a few upgraded. Would rent again.

Thanks Bill for staying with us. Most of all the furniture was brand new last year. All new windows and sliders throughout the whole condo. The only room that hasn't been updated is the guest bathroom we are planning on that. Good luck on your new home construction on Marco!!

Great view!

The view and condo were great. Marco Island was wonderful. Close to beach and lovely pool. This building is close to Tiger Tail which makes for wonderful daily walks and shell collecting.

Great stay in Marco

The condo was as described and was very nice. We go to Marco quite often and this rates as one of the best. The owners were communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great week at Marco Island

Hosts were great to communicate with, condo was clean and ready for us. Great access to the gulf, the lagoon, and tigertail beach. We will be back!

Great condo! Great beach!

Had an amazing trip. Condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Check in process was easiest I have experienced. Highly recommend it was a great vacation.

Marco Island condo with beautiful beach views

This is a clean place that is well maintained and has pretty much everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the nights were nice & quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, but the walk is worth it. The resort has a nice pool and tennis & pickleball courts. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great condo on the beach on Marco Island!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It had everything we needed. The owner was great, The beach is beautiful, And every restaurant was great food.! We definitely recommend this condo. Thank you, Craig and Cindy!

We vacationed throughout the Carribean and searched all over to find a perfect vacation spot. After searching many years, we discovered Marco Island and immediately fell in love with it. We looked at many properties on Marco Island, then chose South Seas based on the views, beach front access, boat docks, ammenities and upscale environment of the grounds and unit.

Tennis courts, pickleball courts, boche ball, shuffleboard and a quiet atmosphere in a safe gated community. Beautifull boat docks with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. If you don't belong on the property you will not get past the guard house. Covered parking. Well kept property.
