Στελίδα είναι μια ήσυχη αστική περιοχή με βίλες και ξενοδοχεία, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε τη δική σας προστασία της ιδιωτικής ζωής, την ειρήνη, την προσωπική σας μικρό παράδεισο.
Παρ 'όλα αυτά η θέση της βίλας είναι ένα πολύ προνομιακό ένα. Είναι κοντά στην πόλη της Νάξου (απόσταση 7 λεπτών) και το (μόλις 3 λεπτών) αεροδρόμιο και μεταφορά σας θα είναι γρήγορη και άνετη. Από την άλλη πλευρά, λιγότερο από 1 χιλιόμετρο περαιτέρω (5-10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, το αυτοκίνητο 1 λεπτό) βρίσκεται το χωριό του Αγίου Προκοπίου, όπου μια μεγάλη ποικιλία από χρήσιμα τοπικά καταστήματα, όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, ταβέρνες, παραλιακά μπαρ, καφετέριες, φαρμακείο, φούρνο, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων κλπ είναι avalaible για σας. Περιττό να πούμε ότι η θέση της βίλας απέχει λίγα μόλις μέτρα από τον λόφο της Στελίδας, όπου βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη αρχαιολογικές ανασκαφές με ευρήματα του ανθρώπου του Νεάντερταλ. Επίσης, σε περίπου 500μ. Μπορείτε να βρείτε ένα σχολικό κέντρο για σέρφινγκ και windsurfing.
Villa Sofia είναι ένα φιλικό οικογενειακό φωτεινό σπίτι που βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την ακτή, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε την προσωπική σας «Blue Lagoon». Η θέα από τη βίλα, όπως μπορείτε να δείτε από τις φωτογραφίες είναι εκπληκτική και τη νύχτα πολύ ρομαντική.

Lovely property with a beautiful view

The house has everything you need and is in a great location. The view from the roof is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are very welcoming.

The house was in immaculate condition and attractively decorated. The location was perfect, close to a beach and not far from the main town. George was very helpful in responding to our needs and questions. Naxos is a perfect island for a Greek holiday.

Perfection!

Perfect! Kind host who offered to assist in any way. Water and cherries were waiting for us in fridge. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower. View was beautiful. Loved walking the ocean front trail by house. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay in Naxos and villa Sofia. George is so helpful. The rooftop of our villa was spectacular for sunsets, especially after a busy day on the island, glass of wine in hand. One sunset we walked to the little beach just down the hill. We swam at many beaches and one day spent a beautiful day at the hotel pool. It is lovely and just a short walk to the hotel which villa sofia has access to. The villa is perfect, the beds are so comfortable and everything nice and clean. We enjoyed having three outdoor spaces. Breakfast on the little side terrace watching the ferries go by. Rooftop sunset, and we cooked one meal and enjoyed the kitchen terrace. We found so much to do on Naxos. We spent a day in the mountain villages, also exploring Chora.

Beautiful house in Naxos

This is a beautiful home with modern features, plenty of relaxing spaces and in a quiet oasis just moments from the lively areas of Naxos. There are unobstructed views of the sea, walking distance to the beach and a 15 min taxi ride into picturesque port town of Naxos - its the best of both worlds! The intent of our vacation was to relax, experience Greek island life, and have quality time with each other (me, my wife, adult daughter and her dog). Mission accomplished. We were very comfortable on the roof patio, the front patio, living room and kitchen. And we each had our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a hotel/bar/restaurant across the street, and several beach bar/restaurants a 10 min walk away at Prokopios beach (in season). Our host (George) went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. He was always more than willing to help us with any questions we had and treated us (and our dog!) with the utmost kindness! And he surprised us with a bottle of wine, water and fresh strawberries upon arrival! If you are looking for a 2 bedroom space in Naxos, I can't imagine anything better!

Beautiful home with a view and great sunsets

George, the owner was very attentive to guests. He’s a wonderful host, asking all the time if we’re OK or need anything. He had great recommendations for restaurants and activities and he arranged a car rental for us. Though if you don’t drive a stick shift make sure to specify you need automatic as we were surprised to get a manual transmission which only one of us could drive. We’ve vacationed a lot outside the US, and we almost never had anyone entering the premise, unannounced. One of us stayed at home feeling sick and skipped the beach day. She was surprised to see the owner opened the bedroom door. He apologized profusely and we understood, but it was unexpected. I didn’t see a cleaning charge in the listing, but I gladly paid extra 30€ for it that was requested when we left. I also paid €20 for 1 broken plate. Over-all, it was a great vacation and highly recommended. It is a longer walk to town and the long sandy beaches so a car is needed for that and to explore the Island.

Le logement est conforme à la description, il est à 2 minutes en auto de la plus belle plage de Naxos, il bénéficie d’une très belle et grande terrasse sur le toit avec une vue de 360 degrés qui nous permet notamment d’apprécier de superbes coucher de soleil. Tout est parfait.

Mon sejour

Nous aurions vraiment aimé savoir à l'avance que la maison louée est sur le même terrain et à quelques mètres seulement de celle du propriétaire ! La seule façon d'être à l'extérieur de la maison en étant dans l'intimité est de monter sur le toit terrasse. C'est vrai que la terrasse sur le toit est très agréable mais l'escalier pour y monter est à l'extérieur de la maison et très éloigné de la cuisine et en plus il faut traverser une chambre pour y aller ! Donc pas du tout pratique pour organiser un apéro ou un dîner ! Enfin, nous avons été très étonné que le propriétaire nous demande de couper la climatisation si nous nous absentions de la maison ! D'après lui, pour une question de risque d'incendie. Une fois ou nous etions partis en promenade en laissant l'air conditionné, il nous a ecrit un message pour nous demander de rentrer dans la maison pour l'éteindre lui même. C'était assez désagréable et maladroit de sa part. Dommage car le site est agréable. Une très belle plage tout proche. A noter qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture.

Vous n'avez appliqué aucune règle de la maison. Vous ne l'avez pas laissé nettoyer. Vous ne nous avez pas laissé changer les draps et les serviettes. Vous ne nous avez pas laissé vérifier les salles de bains et nous avons trouvé des robinets cassés. nous avons également trouvé des draps et des serviettes tachés de crème solaire. Quant à la climatisation, c'est une règle pour tout le monde lorsqu'on s'absente de la maison pendant de longues heures. Vous pouvez les programmer pour démarrer par eux-mêmes Quand Anna a quitté la maison, elle a envoyé à Quoi de neuf Le message suivant .Merci beaucoup pour votre message. Vous avez une belle famille et une belle maison. Sofia est une fille adorable

Tolles Haus, führsorglicher Vermieter

Das Haus befindet sich in wirklich toller Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Um die Gegend wirklich erkunden zu können und um Einkäufe transportieren zu können war für uns das Mieten eines Rollers Pflicht. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt im Haus neben an. Er ist sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Er räumt ums Haus herum auf und leert sogar die Mülleimer im Haus aus.

Great Location

The property is at a great location on the island. Close to the main town as well as a hopping with activity beach town nearby. It is situated in a quite spot where you can get away from all off that if you wish. Beautiful view, very clean, very organized with a great host who is available and very helpful when needed. From this property you are a short walk to a beautiful local beach. If you have a car, you are perfectly located for a number of other interesting beaches. Take a trip to the mountains and the villages. Breathtaking. I highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay and great host.

Perfect place, perfect hosts for an unforgettable stay in Naxos

The house is 5mn walk from a small but nice beach. 5mn to Prokopios / 15mn from Chora by car so perfect location to easily visit the island. The property itself is perfectly clean and equipped nothing misses! The beds are extremely comfortable. It has 3 terraces that you can use depending of the time/sun and one is THE rooftop! Perfect place for a nice cocktail when sun sets with a terrific view. Last but not least, Georgio, Sofia and Filia are just the best hosts I’ve ever had. Always helpful with the right advices and just so nice. You can only have (very) good time in Sofia’s house.

très agréable villa avec une vue magnifique

La villa est très bien équipée, mobilier de grande qualité, prestations parfaites. La propreté est irréprochable. Très bien placée pour les accès à Naxos et à l'ensemble des routes de l'ile. De petites plages sont facilement accessibles à pied en fonction des vents. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wonderfull house and host

The house was perfect for our family also the location. We had some wonderful days at the house. The host elevated the stay to a higher level. They were always there to make the stay even nicer with candles in the night and vegtables from the garden. We will recommend this house with all our hearth.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at Villa Sofia was truly exceptional. The house is equipped with anything you might need, is immaculately clean, spacious and luminous, and the view is incredible. We would go up to the terrace every evening to watch the sun go down over the sea. There are no words to describe what a wonderful host Georgios is. Upon arriving, we were greeted very warmly, as if we were part of his family. He always made us feel welcome, and took the time to chat with us whenever we crossed paths. Georgios was always there for us when we needed him and even came with us to see a doctor after some nasty anemone bites. The house itself is even better than in the pictures. Out of our Greece trip, this was definitely our favorite spot. It is ideal for families and those looking for a more relaxed trip, and the beaches are otherworldly-but there are still plenty of historical spots and activities to do. We cannot wait to be back!

Great place for a relaxing week by the beach

Villa Sofia is a beautiful place to stay. It is modern, very comfortable and well equipped. It also has great views of the sea, particularly from the roof terrace where we enjoyed breakfasts and BBQ dinners. It is also close (5-10 min walk) to a long sandy beach, 5 mins from the airport, and 10 min drive from Naxos (the main town). We stayed here with another couple for a week and very much enjoyed our stay. It’s worth noting that there is one master bedroom, the other is nice but is not en suite and doesn’t have views. The owner, George, is also very nice and very helpful. His house is right next door and he likes to engage with his guests - we didn’t mind this at all but worth keeping in mind if you’re looking for complete privacy. Overall we’d highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home, terrific owner.

The house is pristine. Beds were comfortable, showers and air conditioning worked great. The kitchen was well stocked. The views from the back and the roof deck of the ocean and sunsets were incredible. We had two great meals at the restaurant that was 100 yards away. We walked down to the beach every day (10-12 minute walk). We drove in to the port and to restaurants within 10-15 minutes, so the location was terrific. But the best part was the owner who lived next door. He was great with our kids, very friendly and helpful (even putting a bandaid on our daughter when she stubbed her toe). We had a great stay and would highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Magical

This property is amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. Naxos is an incredible island and this home puts you within walking distance of the most incredible beaches and only minutes from great restaurants and the port. Don't hesitate to book Villa Sofia. You will not regret it.

Beautiful!

My husband and I chose Naxos to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We wanted to pick a special place and we certainly found the best place on the island!! The Villa was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the sunsets from the patio roof and the private beach that was 5 minutes away. George and his wife were so helpful and friendly. We would love to stay here again, but only a lot longer!

Beautiful villa from which to explore fantastic Naxos!

Villa Sofia is lovely - spaceous and well-appointed with a fabulous view from the roof-top patio. One of the best beaches on Naxos is a short walk and you can stroll into town easily (great restaurants, grocery store, music café). The little resort across the road has a very good restaurant and we could use the pool there. It was a relaxing base for our family to explore this fantastic island!

Villa Sofia is immaculate. The master bedroom views and patio are spectacular. The second bedroom is a good size, but does not offer the views or on-suite bathroom as the master. If you plan on cooking, this is a well-stocked kitchen. Coffee, water and juice were provided by the hosts. The washing machine and outdoor shower were very handy, There is a small beach just a 5-minute walk away, and several other beaches just a few miles away. Access to the Kavos Hotel, restaurant and pool is included and the hotel is a very short walk from the villa. The husband and wife hosts, who live next door, are very attentive. The villa is very secure, with gate that restricts access to the driveway. Proximity to the airport was about 10 minutes by car. Rental car is necessary to get to port, old town and most of the beaches.
