L'architecture du milieu du siÚcle rencontre le décor moderne à Vista Las Palmas avec piscine, bain à remous et home cinéma

Situé dans Vista Las Palmas, cette maison originale au milieu du siÚcle conçu par William Krisel et Dan Palmer, AIA pour le développement Alexander est mis à jour pour vivre aujourd'hui. Dans les années 1950, le légendaire Mario Lanza aurait été un invité fréquent dans cette maison de Las Palmas qui a également été répandu pour avoir souvent amusé Frank Sinatra et Nat King Cole voisins.

Aujourd'hui, cette rĂ©sidence de quatre chambres avec 3000 pieds carrĂ©s de la vie intĂ©rieure, intĂ©grĂ©s Ă  un mode de vie en plein air spacieux est une oasis sĂ©duisante nouvelle siĂšcle. Il y a 4 chambres Ă©lĂ©gantes, dont deux sont des suites de maĂźtre avec une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plasma. La maison dispose Ă©galement d'une porte tĂ©lescopique de la grande salle pour explorer le ciel nocturne, et une salle multimĂ©dia avec un home cinĂ©ma et le son surround. En plus des attraits intĂ©rieurs, la maison dispose Ă©galement d’une cour arriĂšre privĂ©e et isolĂ©e qui offre un bain Ă  remous salin et une piscine avec une Ă©tagĂšre de bronzage. Une vĂ©randa de la piscine couverte crĂ©e un prĂ©lasser et salle Ă  manger extĂ©rieure avec des ventilateurs de plafond et d'un systĂšme de brumisation vaste pour le confort toute l'annĂ©e. DĂ©tendez-vous dans la spacieuse cour autour d'une piscine rafraĂźchissante, d'un spa et de foyers en admirant la vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes et le paysage dĂ©sertique moderne.

Beautiful property and location

This property is wonderful! The communication with the property manager was very smooth and clear from start to finish. The pool was perfect and the house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed. We are going to try to stay here every time we make a trip to PS. Highly recommend.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Believe the photos and other reviews. The home was lovingly renovated some years ago and is maintained impeccably, yet retains the elements that are, in my opinion, requirements in Palm Springs - huge sliding doors, shaded outdoor dining, pool/ spa with space to lounge and a great neighborhood tucked up against the San Jacinto mountains. This is a great home and I would reserve again!

Amazing Property

From the moment you entered the neighborhood and pulled into the driveway, you knew the home was going to be amazing! The house was extremely clean, kitchen overly stocked with everything you needed to prepare a meal. Loved the huge sliders that opened up into back yard with inviting pool & relaxation area. The closeness to downtown PS was an added plus too. Definitely will rent again.

Great house in a great location

Met up with family for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. The layout of the house, along with the pool and hot tub, make this a perfect house to hang out at and relax. The furniture and some other very small details could use a little refresh. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!

Great house and location!

Loved the feel of this house.... there were a few minor maintenance issues, but Natural Retreats was very responsive and sent someone out right away to fix them. Loved the location as well... close to everything, yet a very quiet neighborhood.

Incredible Property

Martini Rose is everything we were looking for in our vacation. Incredible location in one of PS’ best neighborhoods, large yard with plenty of space, a full pool and hot tub. Great layout and tons of amenities. Staff was super on the ball and incredibly helpful. Everything was very, very clean as well. Definitely plan on coming back.

Truly fabulous experience

We were very very happily surprised by how airy and spacious and clean the property was. I loved the furnishings and it all felt very luxurious which is what we were looking to treat ourselves to. The property manager was kind and prompt with her communication. We came to celebrate my birthday with some close family friends and had 3 kiddos under age 13 with us. We all had the best time in the pool - it was heated to the perfect temp upon arrival which we really loved. In fact my daughter almost never left the pool which was nice because we really want to encourage her to not be on screens so much. It worked! The hot tub was a miraculous experience omg it is literally my favorite hot tub I have ever been in! We had a great time cooking in the kitchen and on the BBQ and even ordered some delicious food on occasion when we were feeling lazy. We wish we could have played music a bit louder, since we all love to dance, but we also understood the laws of the local community and so we kept the volume way down and didn't have any trouble. If playing loud music is your jam, then do not stay here, it is not a party spot! But...I say if you are looking for a place to get away and decompress in very quiet and well appointed neighborhood with lots of beauty and privacy - there were a lot of tasty restaurants nearby and I am sure when it opens up more that would be another draw - then this is the place for you! We really appreciated our stay and will for sure come back when we stay in Palm Springs again.

Presidents’ Day weekend

The property Management representative was amazing, Shelly I believe, Melissa ? Readily available for check in questions and truly attentive.. House, Neighborhood was extraordinary, but as mentioned above, having competent people to communicate with was a difference maker. If you don’t rent this property, Which I recommend, assure that Natural Retreats are the managers! James O

Beautiful

Lovely home, pictures don’t do it justice. Very safe and gorgeous neighborhood. The house is huge, all bedrooms are spacious with 3 in suite bathrooms and one without. Huge pool, very deep, and hot tub can fit 7 people or more! We had trouble with the hot tub and pool heating, lights, and jets two days in a row. While they tried to fix it, ultimately they were unable to while we were there and provided a fair refund for the last day after some back and forth with the GM. Be warned because the home is near the mountains, WiFi and cell service is quite spotty. You will have a lot of trouble working from the home if you’re trying to as we were. Would certainly recommend.

High End Palm Springs Living

We had a conference to attend for three days in March and, with the hotel prices so artificially high, we decided to look for a home rental instead. Martini Rose exceeded our expectations! We felt like we were on a high end vacation for our entire stay, not a work conference. Amenities were abundant and hospitality couldn’t have been better. Hopefully, Martini Rose will be available to us next year. We would love to return.
