THINGS TO KNOW:
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-One of the 4 bedrooms is a stand-alone casita with a pull-out sofa only and no attached bathroom
- 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
- 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. If choosing to heat the pool, a fee of $80 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact SunnyDays after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.

We had a wonderful time in Palm Springs. This home is centrally located and a few blocks from the main strip of restaurants and stores. The swimming pool and hot tub were a bonus feature that we made good use of. The host was very responsive and made things very easy.

Host was very welcoming and communication was easy. Location of property was ideally close to uptown yet so private and quiet. Sitting areas and bedroom were very comfortable. Would be a great place for multiple couples to stay with 3 king beds, all with own bathroom and alk with direct access to backyard area perfect for entertaining. Shaded sitting area, dining table, BBQ, outdoor TV screen, pool, spa... the amenities are great. Lovely place to stay.

Well appointed property with a very private garden in a nice neighborhood. Property had two comfortable lounges with a nice separation for adults and children. The garden has the biggest daybed I’ve ever seen. It was bliss snoozing on that.

The house was very nice and the outdoor space was amazing. There were a few things that were a bit unexpected from this house (only one towel per guest in the bathrooms, limited dish soap and laundry detergent). Additionally, the neighbors were doing construction that began at 7 AM in the morning and the sink backed up and we had to wait for a plumber to come and fix it.
