MAINTENANT AVEC WiFi PRIVÉ.
Notre condo est joliment décoré avec une touche et un goût élégants. Il a été récemment rénové avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat. La 2ème chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et d'une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine est entièrement équipée répondra à tous vos besoins de cuisine et comprend également un lave-vaisselle Bosch. Notre véranda est entièrement blindée donnant sur une pelouse magnifiquement entretenue. Le condo a un lecteur DVD, Wifi et TV écran plat dans le salon. La commodité du premier étage est certainement un avantage car vous accédez à la plage et à la pelouse avant directement par la porte moustiquaire sur la véranda. 1 parasols, 6 chaises de plage et 6 serviettes de plage sont fournis pour votre commodité. Sur place, vous profiterez de la piscine chauffée, du terrain de jeu de palets, des tables de billard et de ping-pong et de la salle d'exercice. De plus, nous avons 1 gril extérieur ainsi que des laveuses et sécheuses au deuxième, troisième et quatrième étage de chaque bâtiment.

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful. Great location with everything you need inside and out! Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, wagon to pull everything! The condo looks just like the pictures. I’ve already booked next year’s stay!

Great Location

This was a beautiful location and easy to get to the beach. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook at home. Very quiet even though it is close to the main road. We only had a partial roll of toilet paper so we had to go buy some but that was the only complaint.

A little slice of paradise

Wow! We were so impressed with this rental! Absolutely the cleanest place we have stayed in. Comfy beds, amazing shower and they had all the amenities we could need. What a beautiful updated condo. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the lanai. And the trolley stop is right in front. The wagon, umbrella and cooler were a huge blessing for our family and my kids loved the boogie boards :) we can't recommend this place enough. Some of our favorite restaurants were SKOB, Gilligan's Island Bar and Captain Curts. Toasted Mango had the best breakfast! We can't wait to come back and rent this property again!

Perfect Location

Our family had the best week here! We used the beach chairs, umbrella and towels every day. The wagon was broken, but the owners overnighted a brand new one for us to have! Easily walked to the beach every day, and our teenage boys loved the pool and game room. Having this unit on the ground floor is a HUGE bonus when lugging everything to and from the beach. They even had coolers, but we never used them. We had our groceries delivered and didn’t even get a rental car because we took the trolley everywhere. Literally picks you up on the sidewalk and takes you to the village. A few minor things I would suggest: Salt in the kitchen and a pizza slicer. The master bed needs new sheets and pillows. The sheets were very rough and uncomfortable. We would DEFINITELY return to this condo because it really was a great vacation! Everyone we encountered at this property was lovely and kind.

Family trip

I have been coming down to Siesta Key since I was a little girl. We usually stayed with family but last year my sister and I found this place and decided to stay here! When my husband and I planned to take a trip down this year, I knew right where we were staying. I am always particular on where we stay. I like to stay in very clean, nicely updated, comfortable places with great location. This condo also feels very ‘homey’. The kitchen is kindly stocked with more essentials and appliances than other condos are. The bedrooms are nice, clean and beds are comfortable. The location of the condo is also great because it’s the perfect distance from the pool. You can walk right there but it’s just enough distance away that you don’t hear the noise if you don’t want to. The screened in patio has a table and screen door. We used this door a lot to exit to go straight to the beach, which is right across the street. Although we brought our own equipment for the beach, there are chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and wagon to use if needed! The condo association isn’t too far from the village either. Just a 2 minute drive! I would highly recommend eating at Village cafe, MVP, and Cafe Gabbiano. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would change is having a washer and dryer inside our condo but there is one available on the second floor of the building. So its no biggie. I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be returning again!

Exceeded all expectations

The place was wonderful! Spanking clean, very peacefull and quiet, fully equipped, great for cooking (or not), steps to pool and you walk outside, cross the street and you're at the beach. New beach chairs. Beach umbrella was broken and owner sent a new one the next morning! We didnt even rent a car...the trolly was sufficient and fun, and we had groceries delivered from Publix and costco.

Great location, directly across from the beach. Easy access to the Beaches and Siesta Village. The property was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this rental for your next vacation.

Summer beach vacation

We stayed in a first floor condo that was right across the street from Siesta Key public beach. The location is fabulous because we could walk to the beach every day. The interior accommodations were beautiful and well-kept, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was really nice also. We would definitely come back to this property again

I felt like I was at home. This was the nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The beds were comfortable, the location is perfect, plenty of towels and beach stuff! You can’t go wrong renting this property!! Hopefully I’ll be back next year!

The condo is directly across from the beach and close to the village. Kitchen fully stocked and nice new appliances. Bathroom is small if more then two people. But overall, nice place.

Great Location

The condo is across the street but it’s just a short walk to the beach. Convenient to the Village market. There are two trolleys that you can ride for free from Siesta Key beach to Turtle beach. Condo is very nice decorated and has everything you can think of that you might need. Pictures are exactly what you see. Booking through VRBO was so easy. Will definitely go again.

Relaxing vacation.

Very comfortable condo. Has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. Included were beach towels, chairs, and even a wagon with toys for the beach. Easy to get to everything from this location. Walk right across the street to the beautiful public beach.
