Directly across from public beach, nice clean pool and the pond was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! The pond has turtles and crabs that are so much fun to watch right from your porch/balcony! We hope to do this trip yearly!

End of summer vacay

Perfect size for our group of 4. Very close to the beach and the village. Very nice premises. Everything you can possibly need is available in this townhouse.

Our House on the Beach Townhouse

The townhouse was great for several reasons. It’s a large space that includes a separate dining room for large group entertaining or family game nights. The community pool was excellent! It’s a nice location from the beach and the village, which we walked to for dinner several times. Communication with Michelle was excellent- she responded very quickly every time. There are new public pickle ball courts across the street next to the beach parking lot which are always in use from 7am-10pm - you do hear that noise mainly in the morning and evening. The only negative was that we didn’t feel like the unit was super clean mainly because of the poor condition of the carpeting throughout the unit, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Townhouse in siesta key

Michelle’s property was exactly as pictured online. She allowed for an early check in and the place had everything we needed (coolers, beach towels, toys, speaker, spices for cooking, etc). We would absolutely book again.

Great place for families.

This property is located right across from Siesta Key Beach. They had everything you could possibly need from baby items for our granddaughter to pool toys to beach chairs and carts for taking all your things over to the beach. Great place, very clean and a great location.

Great location

This place had much more space than I was expecting. Getting inside was a breeze and Michelle was a great host. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the deck and turtles and the location is excellent! Only a couple minutes away from the village and walking distance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and amenities

This was our second stay at the Lakehouse. The size of the townhome was perfect for our family of five. My kids love to swim at the pool after a hot day at the beach. Located right across from the main public access and a short walk or drive to less busy beach access points and all the shops and restaurants. This will be a go to location in the future.

Beautiful week in siesta key

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property!! Perfect for our family. Property nicely updated and well maintained. Great communication and response from owners. Weather beautiful the whole week. Enjoyed visiting with the resident egret every morning for breakfast!!

Best VRBO Ever

Always Amazing

Perfect

I was very impressed by this condo and the owners.It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better for us. The price was great and so was our stay. We didn’t need anything extra as far as beach chairs and umbrella’s. Thank you to Michell and Michael for renting their condo to us. I will definitely stay there again if we go back.

Siesta

Due to recent hurricanes, there was construction going on in the complex. Lots of the garages were getting new drywall I think. The workers were considerate, and we were so pleased that there wasn’t more damage, and that they were able to do repairs so soon!!!We loved the carts for the beach and all the chairs. There were a couple windy & cool days. We were pleased the unit faced the sun & blocked the wind and we could sit out on the nice big balcony. The layout of the big unit was well suited for 2 couples. I personally enjoyed reading a few of the available books. When we reached out our owner was quick to respond. The pool was nice. The complex is located across the street from beach parking lot and we could walk to the Village.We’d go here again! Thank you!

Great stay in siesta keys

Great location, excellent accesories (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. I agree with other reviews that say its an older place (i believe built in 1981). Some normal wear and tear, but perfect for us. The cordless vacuum does need a new battery Charge, because it doesn't last long. I would definitely recommend

Welcoming vacation home

Townhouse offers benefits over & above hotel stays. Very comfortable, spacious interior,quiet but not isolated, nice outdoor balcony facing street & water, covered parking & visitor space, beach toys, bikes, quick pool & beach access w/short walk. Short drive to Siesta Key stores/dining. Good for Having guests. Fabulous owner - made stay even more wonderful. Down side - loud washer, small kitchen. Wish I were still there.

The BEST location EVER + terrific space

Literally across the street/walking distance of the best beach I’ve ever been to! Every morning I woke up to a sunrise (this unit has the best view of sunrise in entire complex) & turtles in the pond out back swim up to say hello. Open layout made for easy conversation across the unit. Easy access, parking, garage had lots of toys. Kitchen had all the gadgets. Towels galore. Siesta key village just a 5 minute drive away. I would Definitely stay again. Thank you so very much for your hospitality!!!!

Perfect stay!

This condo was gorgeous and so spacious. There is a balcony in every room which I loved! (Both bedrooms, living room, kitchen!). The trolley is conveniently located right out front, at the entrance. Michelle had everything we could have needed during our stay at the condo. My son loved seeing the turtles in the lake from the balcony. We were here while it was 90+ degrees outside everyday, so a walk that is a few minutes to the beach seemed like it took a while to get there due to the heat. The pool was very hot as well, we only went in it one time during our week stay. The drum circle takes place on the beach at the access across the street which was lovely! Michelle had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, bikes, a cooler, umbrellas, etc for us to use.

Great Place, Great Time, Great Beach....Just Great

My family and I spent a week at this rental place and it was simply great. The owners are very easy to deal with and very accomodating. This place felt like we were roght at home. You can walk to the beach and to the village (25 minutes). If not there is good transportation system..tips only. The only very slight problem is that the rental has a shared garage with the other rental unit above and there was a mix up with the beach equipment. If you bring your own clearly identify it as yours so the other rental people do not take it to the beach for the day and break it. This was not a problem with the rental unit or owners but rather a problem with unconsiderate guest in the above rental. The pool was closed for a few days but we could go to the other pool in the other complexe. In all ...Great Place.
