Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels in bathtub, shut off lights, & bag all garbage and place in outside garbage bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING and Unauthorized Pets will result in $150 fee.
Upon departure, place towels in tub, bag all garbage and place in cans outside. Please shut all lights off as well. Thanks.
Please remove dirty/muddy shoes upon entry. Any stains to the linens, towels, floors, walls, furniture, etc. are subject to a damage/replacement fee.
