Esta villa se encuentra en 2 acres de exuberantes propiedad frente al mar, privado. Hay cuatro villas en la propiedad: 2 se alquilan a largo plazo y dos están disponibles para alquiler a corto plazo; propietario vive en la planta baja, donde también se encuentra Fusión Arte Floral y galería del regalo que ofrece el trabajo de los artistas locales. Un camino boscoso y ajardinado que conduce a nuestra propia playa privada justo detrás de Fusion Beach Villas. A partir de aquí, se puede caminar a la popular playa de Jobos (5 minutos a pie) y el surf, nadar, disfrutar de un cóctel en el bar o simplemente descansar en la playa y ver la acción.

Nuestro estudio GARDEN frente al mar ubicado en la planta baja está equipado con cocina (refrigerador de 1/2 tamaño, estufa, cafetera, microondas) cama queen, sofá, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana de 32 "con ROKU, alta velocidad gratis Wifi. doble puerta de cristal se abren a un balcón oceanfacing parcialmente cubierta equipada con mesa y sillas con vistas a las zonas de patio / salón.

Además del estudio GARDEN en el último piso, Fusion Beach Villa también alquila un estudio LOFT en esta misma propiedad con capacidad para 2-4 personas y una suite de un dormitorio que también tiene capacidad para 2-4 personas.

Great Stay

Vacation

The place was very nice. There is a great outdoor space and a private path to the beach. Its a few minute walk to Jobos, but not to far, and its a nice beach walk. Elaine was so nice and informative.

Anniversary Trip

The host Elaine was very welcoming! The place was wonderful from the art everywhere to the peaceful nature walk, and the beach is gorgeous! We had a wonderful time sitting in several sitting areas relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze and the views! It is very walkable to several food and drink options. Jobos Food Truck Park to the west and several Jobos beach restaurants to the east!! Overall an amazing anniversary trip with my wife!!

Wonderful and relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Elaine is a very kind and down-to-earth host & was happy to answer our questions. We stayed in the Garden Suite which was the perfect size for my husband and I. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing and such a beautiful view! Also, having 2 beach chairs and a small cooler at our disposal was so helpful for our trips to the beach. We hope to be back again soon!

Jobos beach stay! Overall great and budget friendly

We enjoyed the location of this property immensely. Loved the balcony for morning workouts or breakfast. The walk to the beach is super short right out back and very lush! We loved being able to walk right to a cool beach, nice restaurants/bars, and an ocean blow hole! Was nice to have beach chairs, towels and cooler provided. Only complaints, should have been cleaned better (dirty rugs, spots around that just didn’t make it feel as nice as I’d like) and need to provide paper towels BUT it was budget friendly and I still very much enjoyed my stay.

Oasis by the Surf

We rented a one bedrrom apartment. Elaine has done a great job of elaborating a quaint, lush garden by the beach. The murals, use of shells and natural ocean 'articles"elevates the experience and exudes attention to detail. Good job. Will certainly be back.

We loved it!

From NC, surprised my lady for her birthday on a 5 day Puerto Rico getaway & she loved it. The privacy, cleanliness to the location. It’s actually probably a 3/4 minute walk through a trail in the backyard to the private beach. Elaine is very professional, dependable & just family like. She gave us recommendations, a map & told us a different way to the waterfall because we had scratched that off the list half way up the narrow road mountains! We’ll definitely come back when we’re on a romantic trip.

It was nice but I would find a different place to o stay next time

The kitchen set up was very disappointing for this price and in comparison to the other places we stayed There was a 2 burner hotplate and one burner didn't really work right... I didn't enjoy my interactions with Elaine. She made me feel uncomfortable about her cat, we gave it some milk because it was meowing at our door she wasn't home, we didn't know anyone was living there. There are many strays im PR, and I guess we weren't supposed to do that, there was some other some other petty stuff. A gracious host is very important to me, as much as the surroundings. I won't go back, but the place is beautiful

Nice relaxing vacation at Jobos

Our studio unit at Fusion Villa was very nice. Elaine our hostess was friendly and always available. The studio was clean, quiet with a lovely view of the garden. The beach is a short walk on the property to an undeveloped sand-dune shore with an almost private beach. When the surf is high which it was for our stay there is no swimming at Fusion, however Jobos beach is a very pleasant 10 minute walk with a safe swimming area. The Jobos area has several very good restaurants: Tasty and unusual fare at Umas (menu items - I'm not kidding - from Uzbekistan), great barbecue at La Vista, local dishes at Tsunami, delicious breakfast at TBC - all are a short walk or a few minutes drive. Shopping is nearby in Isabella our Aguadilla. The markets have good selection - both local and imported from the US, with prices similar to the mainland. We did cook at Fusion, but you need to know that the lower studio unit is minimally equipped for cooking. Elaine gave us a tour of the upper studio and one bedroom units which both have larger better equipped kitchens. Overall we had a great time and plan to return next year.

We had a delightful stay. The property was terrific - beautiful beach out back, walking distance to a beach town with restaurants and bars and a good surf break (Jobos). Elaine is a great host. We will be back.

Beautiful oceanfront property

Elaine is a fabulous host and super accommodating. She recommended places to visit and surf shops to rent boards from. The property is a tropical paradise with a private balcony and kitchenette. A short walk through a canopy of sea grapes and trees takes you to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset. We will be back.. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

My husband & I stayed at the Fusion Beach Villas Garden Studio. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we fell in love. We want nature, quite, peace and beauty...and this area fit that perfectly. We were extremely happy with this studio apartment. It is very pretty and clean. The view from our balcony was gorgeous. We started each day and ended each evening sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Short walk to the beach and very close to delicious restaurants. Short drives to beautiful water falls, other beautiful beaches & amazing things to see. Elaine was a wonderful host. If you needed anything, she was there...but we also had complete privacy. We highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Isabela, PR!

Quaint property located a hundred yards from the shore. While the adjacent beach is not good for swimming, the property is within walking distance to Shacks beach. The studio was clean and quiet. It has its own balcony for those who like to make use of the amenities. Elaine Irizarry was very friendly and made herself available. You can’t beat this place for the price!

Pictures do not do this place justice. The room and location are absolutely beautiful! Spotless and very tranquil. You won't find a better place for the money. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Great location to town and beach accessible

We recently stayed at the Fusion Beach Villas in the Garden Studio and were so happy there. This property is walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. Fusion Beach Villas is beautiful! The property has a yard surrounded by lush plants and palm trees, containing hammocks, outdoor table and seating, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after returning from the beach. The path to the beach is located at the edge of this yard. The path is an easy walk, taking literally 1 minute to walk from the property to the beach. There is another outdoor sitting area at the front of the property, next to the main road. Very tranquil and peaceful. There is parking available onsite. You can also walk on the main road in about 2-3 minutes to the nearest restaurant and bar. Take care though, as there are no sidewalks. You can also access these same bars and restaurants from the beach, as each venue has exterior stairs leading to the beach. Getting into the main town of Isabela is about a 10 minute drive and this is where you will find grocery stores, pharmacy etc.. About the room: The Garden Studio contains a mini-fridge, hot plate, and stocked with kitchen amenities, including: coffee maker, utensils, blender, cups, plates. Our favorite part of this room were the french doors opening onto the private patio with a table and chairs. We would sit out here each morning drinking coffee as well as in the evenings drinking cocktails. There is A/C and a ceiling fan. There is a TV with Roku. The bathroom had plenty of towels. The shower pressure was fine, but the water will only get warm and not hot. Not a big deal, as the temperature is in the 80's. The Owner (Elaine) was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit, restaurant options, etc... Just ask her if you need anything. She has some additional items available for use, such as: coolers, beach chairs etc. She is located onsite and also only a phone call away which was very nice. This location was great and we would fully stay here again! Cannot wait to return!

Great Spot!

My fiancee and I loved FBV. The room was clean, modern, and fully stocked. The owner was super friendly. There was plenty of parking, and easy beach access down a palm-covered path. FBV is also a stone's throw away from several restaurants, and activities. The beach area immediately behind the property isn't so great for swimming, as there is a ton of submerged limestone that could make for some scraped feet, but the property is only a short walk from Jobos or a short drive from Crash Boat Beach. Definitely worth the stay!

I grew up all over the place: born in England and lived in Michigan, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Guam, Florida, Virginia, Georgia. I love all water sports and feel blessed to live here where I can be as active or as lazy as I like. Some days, I take long walks on the beach and other days I surf, windsurf or snorkel / dive (depending on the conditions and my mood). Isabela is magical coastal community with friendly locals and statesiders who live, work, and or vacation here. We love Isabela and welcome you to explore this corner of the island of enchantment.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I first visited the beaches of Isabela with my grandparents when I was 3 years old. I knew then that one day I would live & work here. Realization of my dream began a decade ago with the purchase of several acres of undeveloped beachfront property. At that time, practical considerations dictated a traditional business career & my professional obligations required extensive travel. However, I found myself retiring here again and again to contemplate what I wanted to build and how it would all come about. I wanted the development of the property to be in harmony with nature and reflect the rich, cultural heritage of Puerto Rico. The design of the villas was inspired by the architecture of Old San Juan and my love for the ocean. Tall ceilings, interior courtyards, livable balconies, ocean views from all rooms mark my deep respect and appreciation for the plants, birds, and nature that surrounds us daily. Namaste.

Close to popular surf, bike, golf, snorkel, horseback riding, diving spots. If you are a kiter or windsurfer, you can launch from our private beach. Or, you can walk west along a secluded beach for miles or east to Jobos Beach, where you can grab a drink or meal at one of several oceanfront restaurants. Amazing sunrises & sunsets!
