➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to supply these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Just a heads up: There is a closet near the entrance for supplies that is off-limits to guests including the areas surrounding the house and the rear yard. Other than that, The guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

➤ Availability of free driveway parking + paid options for RV parking and storage.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.

1. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 8 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. There are to be no unregistered overnight guests. Only the individuals listed in the booking may stay.

10. No parties or large events are permitted.

11. Please avoid bringing any glass items to the pool area for everyone`s safety.

12. Be considerate of the neighbors and community. We value maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment.

13. If you`re staying over a Friday night, please place the trash cans at the curb for Saturday morning collection.

14. All vehicles must be parked inside the gates for security and compliance.

15. No pets are allowed on the property.

16. This home is reserved exclusively for registered guests only. For everyone`s safety and to comply with insurance and community regulations, no unregistered or outside guests are allowed at any time during your stay.
