I don’t strive to give a one star review, however, this is only to give a heads up to the next unfortunate guest. The check-in email stated if there were damages to call asap as I would be responsible at the end of my check-out. So, I took pics of the several damages in and outside of the property and called. Straight to the machine it went. No response. The spa in the ensuite that was boldly advertised as one of the highlighted amenities was broke and NO washer and dryer as advertised. Outside trash cans were overflowing with tree trimmings so our trash was piling up in kitchen until check out. Hot tub was dirty from the storm the week before. I guess Oscar just didn’t come out to check his property before his guests arrived. The only host we received was in the form of a ghost. Oscar will not be nominated for any awards resulting from this stay. Buyer Be Ware!

This house saved our trip!

Our previous VRBO host cancelled on us last second, and Oscar was able to get my group approved and booked within the same week! The house is beautiful, and perfectly aligned with the description and photos.

Good with needs.

Great place. Needed garbage bags, toilet paper. Host provided but would’ve been nice to have on property at time of arrival. May I suggest darker curtains in master room. Sensor light outside was triggered all night by neighborhood cats. Faucet in master bath tub was leaking. All in all we loved the place. Thank you

Nice place needs some basics

The place was wonderfully decorated and true to its theme. However one of the main selling points was the indoor Jacuzzi bath which was non-functional during our stay. We tried to enjoy the outdoor spa only to find one of its pumps was not working. The listing stated there would be an ironing board and iron and there was neither.We spent 50 of our own money to buy an iron, a plunger, a hair dryer, and a French press which should be basic amenities. Overall our stay was pleasant and in a nice neighborhood but the house lacked the listed amenities.

Family baseball weekend

We came to Vegas for a weekend baseball tournament for my son. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils and pots and pans, hot tub provided the perfect ending to long days at the baseball field.

Vintage Villa

The Villa was in a nice neighborhood. We were out of town just enough for a peaceful stay. Grocery store and gas station about 3 minutes away. They have new appliances throughout the house. The Villa was cozy and the backyard is set up perfectly for relaxing with privacy. We made some great meals on the outdoor grill. I rate 5/5 stars. Oscar is a great host! I would definitely stay again.
