Prerequisite: ALL guests must present travel identification, including children and nationals (+NIF), prior to scheduling check-in or allowing entry.

-You agree to be an adult member over 25 years old staying for the entire period and responsible.
NO ANIMALS present at any time (severe allergies)
You agree to cover any damage greater than € 50 caused by your group, or non-compliance with the regulations.
Please report any accident, breakage or anomaly within 24 hours.
Do not try to repair it yourself.
No late complaints will be taken into consideration.


1) RATES & CONDITIONS
Independent gîte. The house is provided with welcome entrances (bathroom and kitchen)
You have the use of the unit in solo but the number of rooms available changes with the rate:
a) The basic rate covers one available room, max. 2 people.
b) An additional room is available for a maximum of 2 people *
* subject to declare the IDs and pay an extra rate of 20€/day.


°CHECKIN / CHECKOUT: We need flight data as soon as possible to plan the check-in person.
Check-in takes place between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., it includes a cross-check of identity documents, internal rules to sign and welcome information. A snack is offered.

Please respect the agreed times. Someone will wait for you there for max 1 hour (send a message in case of delay).
Departure: until 11 a.m. From 12 a.m., a double final cleaning fee is due. Upon departure, the house is visited to check it is given back at its original conditions and to release the deposit. No luggage storage (sanitary reasons)

REMINDER :
- Please avoid receiving letters/parcels in the mai box (for reasons of law security).
- Please take care to have all your belongings with you upon departure. We only may send back your personal documents.

2) (*) LEGAL REGISTRATION:
ALL traveler IDs for SEF authorities (law). No more than 4 people present at any time without prior request/agreement per inbox.

Please send ID (data or photo) as soon as possible as defined below:

3) LIMITATIONS:
° Smoking only outdoors.
° No parties/events (even family), only residential use authorized. Quiet time 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. It is prohibited to exceed the legal limit of people to spend the night (law).
° No children under the age described
° No animals present at any time

4) HOUSEHOLD
Weekly cleaning for more than a one-week stay is obligatory (see local regulations ref. in the last photo) This is included for the first 3 months.
Cleaning keeps AL free of endemic pest species, allergens and Covid safer.
We will schedule weekly cleaning, which is not flexible.
Trusted personnel have the keys at the scheduled time to enter.

Please make this work secure for everyone (weekly and upon departure):
- Keep your belongings (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.) off the surfaces to be cleaned.
- Please release the room being cleaned.
- Waste must be taken out in appropriate containers outdoors.
- No dirty dishes in the kitchen, dishwasher available.
- Linen stocks: do not manipulate stocks. Linen is provided by staff.
Please do not use white towels other than for bathing. For the beach or makeup, there are colorful napkins and rolls of paper.


5) SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND PROPERTY:
- The house has all the safety equipment required by law.
- All doors and windows must remain closed during your absence under your responsibility.
- ACCIDENTS/INJURIES Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, damages occurring during the stay which are not due to defective equipment under the responsibility of the host.
- DAMAGE due to guests: Please report any damage/anomaly immediately by text. Customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
