Please make cleaning safe & easy for everyone (weekly and upon departure):
- Keep your belongings out of the surfaces to be cleaned (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.)
- Release the room being cleaned.
- Waste must be taken out in appropriate containers outdoors every day (to avoid insects).
- No dirty dishes in the kitchen, place into the dishwasher available.
- Linen stocks: do not manipulate the stocks. Linen is provided by staff.

Note: Please note that local fauna is not dangerous, mainly birds, insects & lizards but implies daily food and bins management

We were completely satisfied with the apartment and really appreciated the care and attention we received from Manuel and Janete. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their support team in Funchal were outstanding. For us the location was well placed for the walking and outings we undertook. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and every request or suggestion we made was acted on promptly. So a big thank you to the whole team. We highly recommend this experience.

BRILJANT!! Much Much more than expected. VALUE for money. Central&Great location. Busstop on our doorstep. Close to beach and city centre. Bank, supermarket, pharmacy etc 5min from apartment. Quiet SAFE area, friendly community. Jannette&family was Outstanding hosts! Always available when we needed to get help or information. We are 2 ladies in our 70's and Jannette&family and frieds really really looked out for us. They just helped us with everything!! Geyser broke, early next morning it was replaced. Cleanliness outstanding. Beautifull newly renovated apartment. Decorated tastefully with everything you need. We can honestly say nothing bad or negative about our accommodation as it was just outstanding. THANK YOU again Jannette&family for making our 3 week stay in Madeira a truly memoreable one! Glaudie&Maria, Cape Town, South Africa I booked this accomodation for my mom and her friend. Jannette was most helpfull and accomodating right from my very first email. She gave me peace of mind and I just felt that our 2 girls was going to be in safe and caring hands. Jannette my mother cant stop talking about all the wonderfullness they've experienced!
