A lovely apartment, in a great spot - you do need to walk uphill to the residences - quiet but close enough to everything we needed for a great stay

Great week in a large and beautiful appartement

The appartement was large, clean, near a bus stop and with ocean view. Everything perfect. We enjoyed the week there a lot!

Nice apt in a great location

This apartment had a great location, plenty of room, great communication with agent, and its own private parking spot! The only negative was there was only 1 a/c unit and it was in the living room. The bedrooms all had fans. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay as you explore this beautiful island.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment is very clean, well equipped and spacious and in a great location, with fantastic restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. There is a bakery next door which does great coffee and numerous supermarkets within walking distance.You can easily walk to the centre of Funchal or get a bus which runs regularly from just outside the apartment. Ronaldo the owner is very friendly and helpful and transferred us to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this apartment, it is just perfect for everything you need in Madeira for comfort and situation and we will be back I am sure.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment and location.

I enjoyed the apartment because it was very spacious and near some nice entertaining, restaurants, beach and grocery store. There were buses nearby and taxis for transportation. If you want to know what would have made more comfortable for us from Texas, USA would have been some fans, it felt a bit warm sometimes.. Having shampoo and bath gel would be a nice amenities. A baking pan would be helpful for baking and a frying pan. Also some ice tray for making ice cubes. Again we stayed 2 weeks and we cooked a few meals, however if you are not cooking those would not be necessary. The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay, very much. It was my dream trip to go to Madeira to visit where my grandparents came from. Marvelous place.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Well-equipped apartment within walking distance of central Funchal. Close to many restaurants and cafes, especially the amazing Ravioli café near the apartment entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay in Funchal. The apartment was great and exactly as advertised. Claudia kept in touch with us and Nicolau was there to greet us when we arrived. Having access to the balcony and the ocean view made the stay that much nicer. Terry

Fantastic!

Jim and I had an amazing stay at Claudia and Renaldo 3 bedroom apartment. It was spacious, well maintained and the view was to die for. Renaldo was most helpfull. He arranged our transportation to and from the airport. The location of the apartment was perfect. Everything from restraunts to groceries and transportation . We would highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Madère. L’appartement était très confortable, calme et bien situé. De cet emplacement, nous avons pu visiter facilement la totalité de l’ile et faire de nombreuses randonnées dans les fameuses levadas. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par Claudia.

Ferienwohnung in Funchal

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren nicht zu beanstanden, wenn uns auch eine Kaffeemaschine für den Frühstückskaffee für 4 Personen gefehlt hat. Immer nur eine Tasse aufzubereiten nervt. Auch ein Geschirrspüler ist zeitgemäß und bei der nächsten Modernisierung mit einzuplanen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und man kommt bis zum Meer ( Lido- Baderstelle) und zur Bushaltestelle und vielen Restaurants fußläufig. Die Übergabe der Wohnung bei An-und Abreise war freundlich und an uns orientiert. Wir empfehlen sie weiter.

Very comfortable apartment

Great welcome from Ronaldo. Showed us around the apartment and the building. Apartment was just as the photos show, very modern and comfortable. My 20month old son enjoyed the space available to run around and play. Location was fantastic. 5-10 min walk downhill to Lido and only 10 mins by car to camera de Lobos and Funchal city centre. 5 mins to forum. Would definitely stay again. Only feedback I would provide would be more black out blinds/curtains for the east facing rooms. Main room has them but the east facing rooms have lots of light first thing in morning which was where my son was staying so up very early in morning. Thank you for fantastic trip we'll be back. David

Mooi en schoon appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.

Mooi appartement en op loopafstand van de zee, de restaurants en bushalte. Ook het oude centrum is goed te belopen, in een klein half uurtje ben je er al genietend onderweg! Het appartement is schoon en mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien met op het balkon uitzicht op de oceaan. Ook bij calamiteiten is de eigenaar snel bereikbaar, wij hadden 1 keer een korte stroomstoring maar dat was binnen 5 minuten opgelost. Complimenten!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und hell. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut gelegen, mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busverbindungen in der Nähe. Im Haus gibt es individuelle Autostellplätze. Das Meer ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls gut. Der Vermieter war freundlich und gut erreichbar, die Absprachen klappten sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Espetacular!

Ficámos todos muito satisfeitos com a casa. Com as condições que a casa nos ofereceu e na disponibilidade e amabilidade dos proprietários. A casa é espaçosa, bem decorada, tem tudo o que é preciso para passar uns dias agradáveis. A zona é muito calma, tem um parque infantil por baixo (dentro do próprio condomínio) e uma pastelaria deliciosa mesmo na rua da entrada do condomínio. A garagem tem um acesso fácil e com chuva facilitou-nos a vida. Os proprietários foram muito simpáticos na qual aproveito o comentário para agradecer o fato de terem colocado um berço para o meu bebé dormir. Poupou-nos tempo, espaço e conseguimos todos dormir melhor quando um bebé dorme bem!! :) Muito obrigada por tudo e boa sorte! Recomendo esta estadia! 5 ESTRELAS!!

For a perfect holiday.

It was a great pleasure to stay in Claudia's apartment. we have 5 person including kid travelling together, we really enjoyed the stay there. Claudia and Ronaldo are very kind and helpful host, we received very warm welcome.everything is new in the apartment and clean. the host even put a Xbox in living room ! The apartment is located in a good place, surrended by some hotels and restanrants.perhaps 20 min walk to Funchal city center Av do Mar, and 5 min by car. if you use GPS, it is very easy to find. The apartment has a garage,so there is no need to worry about parking. Personally, I recommend Claudia's apartment to everyone who want to explore and relax in Madeira,Funchal.
