The house had beautiful furniture in it nice decorations. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Great shopping center just down the street. And seven minutes from Pinnacle Mountain.

Good place

This is a nice, comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. The hosts are dedicated to providing a positive experience. Guests should be aware that the driveway is steep. We would definitely stay there again.

Prior review said steep drive. The drive is very steep and should be noted in write up. We had a Tahoe and the doors would not open fully when on the incline. Would not work for anyone with stability or leg issues. Master bath only had bath towel put out, no hand towels or wash clothes. I had to hunt for 1 hand towel. Second bathroom had no wash clothes and I found one in laundry room for my daughter to use. Master bedroom carpet was dirty. We did not use master bath shower because it looked dirty. One of the sinks in master bath was dirty. Pillow case on one of pillows in secondary bedroom was also dirty and not used. Bedroom with queen bed was not used, my other daughter stayed with relatives because window had an arch which was not covered by curtains. Only received passcode for front door with no instructions on how to use it. It took several attempts to get in. Would not book again.

Hi, We investigated everything you said and it turns out that you are very correct about everything. We are currently replacing all the carpet on the house and we are putting different floors. We will change a lot of the Furniture this week. We will update the photos. We are also changing the cleaning company. The towels have actually disappeared it seems like and we only became aware when you put that review so we are replacing them. The house is on a small hill but the Tahoe can easily fit in but we will update the description when the work is complete this week December 2025. We thank you for the detailed review and would like to offer you a free stay equivalent to the one you had to make it up to you. We truly apologize and hope you give us another chance in the future on the house!
