Housed within a resort-style property with frontage to the Marina and views of the Intercoastal, this beautifully appointed and fully-furnished unit is an oasis of tranquility while only minutes to Lake Worth beach, I-95, and West Palm Beach. Enjoy the 2 beautiful pools, jacuzzies, landscaped grounds and marina at the Moorings or relax on your own breezy private balcony. Dine in at your beautiful kitchen featuring wood cabinets and new conveniences and place settings or stroll 2 minutes to the quaint local café and wine bar. The Space:
Completed renovated and re-decorated in 2024.
This beautiful, bright two-bedroom unit includes all utilities and all furniture and sleeps up to 4. The open and inviting kitchen is fully-stocked with all cook-wear, appliances and cutlery etc and features granite counters, European cabinetry, and an elevated breakfast bar. The living room/dining room space is bright and airy featuring comfortable furnishings, a sofa, and a large screen smart TV (Roku). The spacious dining area provides just the right setting for entertaining family and friends. The balcony is a great place to take your morning coffee or to relax under the stars while luxuriating on your new patio furniture.
The Master Bedroom boasts a comfortable King-sized bed, high-end linens, large bureau, and walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom features a deep soaker tub with shower and double vanities. The second bedroom features two twin single beds. The washer/dryer are enclosed in their own room and will take the hassle out of washing your beach wear! Hurricane Windows are up to code and will keep you safe and secure.
Other shared amenities on-site include a nicely furnished club room and bar, a well-appointed gym, 24-hour security and a complimentary valet. Two designated covered parking spaces in the garage and additional guest parking available. Fee includes basic cable, internet, exterior maintenance and insurance, utilities, and security.
HOA Application / Background Check Fee: Tenant shall pay a non-refundable HOA application/background check fee of $150 at the time of booking, applicable per married couple or per non-married individual age 18 or older, as required by the HOA. Landlord shall remit such fee to the HOA management company using the certified check required by the HOA.
For reservations made fewer than 30 days prior to check-in, an additional $100 non-refundable expedite fee shall apply. Landlord will hand-deliver the completed application package and certified check to the HOA management company. Landlord does not retain any portion of the HOA application or expedite fees.
For applicants who are not U.S. citizens, the HOA management company may require an additional background check fee and supporting information. Processing time for international applications is typically 5–7 days. Applicants may be required to provide additional identification details, including mother’s maiden name and cedula (national identification) number, if applicable.
For Canadian applicants, the current additional background check fees are as follows:
Quebec: $120
Ontario: $160
Alberta: $150
Please inquire if this applies to you, and Landlord will confirm the exact requirements and fees based on your residency.
Security Deposit: Tenant shall pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit to Landlord prior to arrival. Provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, or violations of the rental agreement, the security deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the checkout date.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and follow the house rules below:
• No Pets Allowed
Due to HOA policies, pets and animals are not permitted. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund and a $750 cleaning fee.
• Service Animals / ESA
Service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. The Moorings HOA requires completion of a Service Animal or ESA application and pet registration forms, which must be submitted for approval prior to arrival. Please request these forms in advance to avoid delays.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the community.
