Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

In summer months, set the AC to 76. In winter months, set heat to 55. Set trash on the front porch. Used linens/towels to white basket.

If any items/furniture that have been moved, please return to original location.

Sweep the floor with provided broom. Wash and return any kitchen items used. Wipe counters/stove/table

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking is on-street across from the VRBO. You will NOT be ticketed or towed.

No access to hall closet. This is not for tenant access or use. Please leave the door closed.

Do not plug anything into the router/modem. Use a wireless connection ONLY. Please do not move the wifi signal booster box from the window.
