Get ready to relax in this impeccable modern home in highly desirable resort style living community Riverstone. Immaculately clean with 2 king bedrooms and 1 triple bunk bed room, guests will have plenty of space to unwind and relax. An additional office space/den with a queen sofa bed offers extra flexibility. All bedrooms have a TV and oversized master bedroom has large walk in closet, dual vanities and a soaking tub. All 3 full bathrooms are spacious and have glass shower enclosures. Generac whole house generator so you will never lose power. Office/den also has a Peloton, Xbox and board games!
Screened in yard with brand new saltwater heated pool and spa. Outdoor dining area, brand new outdoor furniture and multiple loungers and TV making it great for entertaining or relaxing outdoors. Laundry room w/ brand new full size Washer/dryer right off the 3 car garage. Located only steps from the worls class 5 star amenity center that has it all: heated resort style and lap pool, spa/jacuzzi, fitness center, 5 tennis and multiple pickleball court, full sized indoor basketball court, kids playground and waterpark area and more. pool, spa. & lap pool. Great property. House had everything that we needed for a great stay. The house was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space. The pool was private and offered a great area to unwind and enjoy the view.The owner was very gracious and accessible. Check in was a breeze.We would definitely return to the property.

Great House

Great house - everything was described in the listing, and super clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Great pool and hot tub. Joe, the owner, was great and super responsive - you knew he'd get back to you asap if you had question or issue. We’d rent Joe's house again, for sure - didn't want to leave!.

Best VRBO Ever!

We give this 10 stars! Hands down the best VRBO we have stayed at! The pictures don't do the house justice- it IS GORGEOUS and spacious. Fully stocked, great pool/spa area outside. The clubhouse with great amenities is right across the street. Great location to all that Naples has to offer. The host was great to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Naples Getaway with an Amazing Pool & Outstanding Host

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Naples! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was definitely the highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine.Joe, the host, was fantastic. He was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. It really made a difference knowing we had such a great host.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Naples!
