Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments. I do not understand where you got the idea that you are not allowed to have guests. I do not recall your asking about visitors; but, if you did, perhaps I didn't explain things clearly. You rented a 2 br unit, which allows maximum 6 occupants. You had 6 occupants, which means you would not be able to have any more people stay overnight in the condo. But, having visitors during the day would not be a problem. Please understand that with almost 300 people here during the peak summer months, we have to limit our amenities (i.e., the pool, clubroom and fitness room use) to those that are paying to stay here. Our obligation and responsibility is to our paying guests, not to outside visitors. Also, we cannot guarantee that visitors will have parking, as our parking lot and lawn are maxed out. We even had few vehicles parked outside of our gate.

Thank you for your comments. We take every feedback, both good and bad, very seriously as a way to improve our property. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Fire Department regulations do not permit grilles or anything with open flames on the balconies.

We have an outdoor pool, which is not heated and we do not advertise it as being heated, which means the temperature of the pool is totally dependent on the weather. As for the unit inventory, our units are very well equipped and our guests love that about our condos. Having the strict rules about being charged for anything missing holds everyone accountable and ensures that the unit will be well equipped for the next guest. We are not dealing with a 99 cent product, we are dealing with 67 condos that we have to maintain and kept well equipped, to make everyone's stay enjoyable. When one is dealing with this many condos, every dollar adds up. If the guests are not held accountable, then we would have to raise the rental rate to keep up with the cost of maintaining the supplies in the units. The owner is in the office (where the guest check-in takes place) almost 7 days a week, just about all day and into the evening. Owner chooses to live on the property so that she is accessible to all guests. Guests are welcome to come into the office at any time. In fact, during the check-in process, the guests are encouraged to contact the owner if there are any problems or needs.
