Our host was traveling, so initially communication was slow. However, he was very attentive to things once we were able to connect. It was a nice house and close to so many stores and restaurants! Quiet neighborhood!

The house itself is beautiful, and we really wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the condition of several advertised amenities.The hot tub was a major reason we chose this property, as the home is specifically advertised as having a hot tub, but we were unable to use it. The dryer also did not work. In the bunk room, the TV was not safely secured to the wall and appeared to be at risk of falling, so we did not feel comfortable using it. Additionally, the bottom bunk could not safely accommodate a teenager because the baseboards kept coming off.We reached out to the host during our stay to make them aware of these issues, but unfortunately never received a response. The only communication we received was the automated message that was sent on our checkout date.We paid a significant amount for this stay and expected the advertised amenities to be functional and safe to use. While the house itself is beautiful, not being able to use the hot tub, dryer, one of the TVs, or one of the advertised beds significantly impacted our experience. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our family of 8! Very easy commute to Lake Tahoe for the American century championship. Everything was clean and perfect! Hot tub a plus my nephew loved it!

Really a great stay at a well equipped and super clean property. Great and accurate air conditioning .All stated amenities were present and the property is as-advertized.I'll be happy booking this property in the future!Fast and easy communication with the host!

Wonderful home away from home!

We highly recommend this property! The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after skiing and the welcoming neighborhood in which I walked my dog was appreciated. The property manager was very responsive when we had a couple of questions/concerns. He addressed them right away. Highly recommended!

Spacious house in peaceful, convenient neighborhood

We felt very lucky to find this listing! This spacious house worked out perfectly for our group: 2 couples plus 2 friends traveling as singles. The house was located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but with easy access to anywhere you would want to go in and around Carson City. Elton, the host, was very responsive and accessible. A great find!
