Welcome to The River Pools Cabin, a one-of-a-kind smart home retreat near beautiful Lake Pepin. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath getaway comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests and is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and making memories together.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable TV lounge boasting a 16-foot screen, board games, and gaming console for family fun. Unwind year-round in the private indoor pool and hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy meals in the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples' getaway, fishing trip, or weekend escape from the Twin Cities, The River Pools Cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort, recreation, and lakeside charm.

Planning Your Visit:

Dining & Groceries
The area offers several excellent restaurants, bars, and local attractions. Food delivery services can be limited, so guests may wish to bring groceries or plan a quick shopping trip to nearby stores before settling in.

Laundry
To maximize guest space and amenities, laundry facilities are not available on-site. For extended stays, public laundromats are conveniently located just a short drive away in Red Wing, Minnesota.

Lake Access
One of our favorite features is the walking path to Lake Pepin. During spring months, high water levels or muddy conditions may occasionally affect access to the path. If that occurs, additional public lake access points are available nearby in Maiden Rock and Bay City, both just a few miles away.

Winter Season
Winter guests can enjoy the area's popular ice-fishing season. When lake conditions permit, the nearby public lake access attracts anglers throughout the day. You may notice additional activity on the road leading to the lake, which many guests enjoy as part of the area's vibrant winter recreation scene.

Hands down a great experience as we stayed there with our HS Golf team for 2 nights. They loved the pool and hot tub! Outdoor hangout area a hit! Would easily rent again!

My family and my brother's family had a mini vacation together. It was a good time had by all!The house was clean and communication with the owner was excellent.The kids and adults loved the basketball court, putting green, yard games, darts and hot tub.

Great getaway!

We were thoroughly impressed with the house; it was truly top-notch and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect weekend away. We made the most of the fantastic amenities, especially enjoying the pool, fire pit, and hot tub. It was such a rejuvenating experience for all of us. The perfect getaway

I stayed here for 2 nights with 4 other adults. We had a fantastic time. The property is very well thought out. The rooms are all comfortable. We plan to come back and bring more people. 8 adults could be very comfortable here. We are looking forward to coming back in the summer!

They've thought of everything!

We absolutely loved our stay at the River Pools Cabin! The property was amazing, the communication was clear and easy, and the hosts really have thought of everything. From extra putters and golf balls for the putting green and picture instructions for the sound system to fans and USB plugs everywhere, it is very clear the hosts want guests to have a great stay at their property. And we definitely did!!

This is an amazing home clearly well thought out and built with quality craftsmanship. The pool was fantastic and the TV setup was a big hit with our group. We had issues with the TV but the owners were quick to the rescue and was able to come on site and reset it. One thing to note: we were not fully prepared for the lack of a washer or dryer which would have been helpful to know in advance. Overall a great stay.
