Located 2 blocks from Lake Pepin, this is the perfect place for a family reunion, fun with friends, or a fishing trip with buddies. This beautiful home has an open floor plan upstairs along with a separate area downstairs which has a kitchenette, living area, and access to the 2-car garage. Everyone will be able to unwind and have fun! Enjoy this spacious 4-bedroom/ 3 bath house that's only 2 blocks from beautiful Lake Pepin. An outdoor grill and 2 kitchens stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, crockpot, and seasonings make cooking easy. With 2 fireplaces, a firepit, 2 Smart TVs, WIFI, and shelves stocked with games, you're set to enjoy gatherings with family and friends. Dog friendly ensures your pup can enjoy it wtih you, too! The 2 car attached garage and plenty of free on-site parking make it a breeze to gather your group and have room for your fishing boats. Three Queen beds, two Double beds and three bathrooms give lots of room to spread out. Main level washer and dryer completes the ease of your stay. Our delightful home offers a cozy retreat for guests to create memories that last a lifetime. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lake City and our home has to offer.

The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. What was disappointing was the hot tub was not working and the gas fireplace was not either. It was a cold few days so both would have made the stay a 5 star. They were very accommodating and gave us a couple hours on each end of the check in and out process but we didn't need it in the end.

Perfect spot for our foursome to stay for a golf weekend at The Jewel. Bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and lots of room for our group to spread out. Hot tub worked and enjoyed by the guys. Owners were responsive and brought over a new propane tank for grilling. Nice soot in a charming town. We plan to come back next year.

Five girlfriends wanted five beds for a getaway to relax and catch up on our busy lives. This house checked all of the boxes and we had a great stay. Would stay here again. Very clean and well stocked. Wonderful beds and bedding. Easy to communicate with host. Thank you!

Lovely property. Clean, comfortablethering and welcoming. We used this home for the over 70 family members but had the entire family gather for meals, campfire, etc. easy walk to Lake Pepin to fish. We highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Wow - Exceeded expectations

We were very impressed with the property and had a fantastic time during our stay over the 4th of July. The house was perfect for our family getaway—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The dining and living room areas were great gathering spaces, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The linens and overall cleanliness were top-notch.We loved the extra touches like the well-stocked kitchen essentials and thoughtful baskets, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The fire pit, hot tub, and indoor games and puzzles were all big hits with our group. While we didn’t try out the sauna, every other amenity exceeded our expectations.One surprise: while the exterior of the house looked fairly average, the inside was exceptional—beautifully maintained and very welcoming. We also enjoyed a short walk to the lake to watch the fireworks, which was a special highlight of the weekend.Overall, it was a phenomenal experience that allowed us to make wonderful family memories. The house accommodated our group perfectly, and we would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Golf vacation

3 friends and I stayed at the house and all talked about the advantages of staying at the same location. We each had our own comfortable and well-appointed bedroom as well as welcoming common areas inside and outside the home (private deck). Deb and Jay are fantastic hosts and would highly recommend staying at their rental for families and friends.

Room to Relax

We rented this property to be our home base away from home for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. It was spacious enough to spread out and organize wedding decor, visit with family and relax. Several of our group took time to decompress from the festivities and stress in the hot tub and sauna. A huge shout out to our hosts, Deb and Jay, for thinking of all the little touches to make us feel welcome and at home. Kari & Shawn

The house was just what I hoped for our stay. Lots of room, comfortable beds with special touches and notes throughout the house! A great stay to enjoy Lake City & the surrounding area. Perfect place to relax and recover after running around the bluffs :)

Great place for a weekend getaway for Twin Cities folks!

My wife and her friends had a great time just relaxing around the house and using all of the kitchen utensils and appliances. Will definitely consider using this place again!

Fantastic house and host

My friends and I stayed at the hangout for a girls weekend. We were amazed at all of the thoughtful extras Deb had around the house. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.

This home is only 2 blocks from the lake. It is so beautiful and offers a lot of things to do: hiking, biking, kayaking/paddleboarding, sailboating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and snowshoeing just to name a few. It's a charming little town and very scenic. It's the perfect place to be active, or just kick back and relax!

This home has everything you need. It is recently renovated and spacious (3400+ sq/ft), has two kitchens that have cookware, utensils, dishes, crockpot, coffee maker (with coffe/tea/hot cocoa!), and seasonings. Outdoor firepit and two fireplaces. Washer/dryer, Iron & board, Wifi, board games, outdoor games, all bathrooms are complete with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hair dryers. Lots of extra little touches so you and your family & friends can just show up with your comfy clothes and food and you're set!
