Pearl in the Gothic district. This new and luxurious fully furnished and equipped apartment is located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, just one street away from the seafront and the Port of Barcelona, next to the Basílica de la Mercè.
It is located in a recently fully refurbished historical building.
It consists of a living room, an open kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a sunny balcony.
There is an ample wardrobe and a workstation equipped with chair and desk.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of minimum 1000€ is required for all the reservations. We will register your deposit and contract in City Hall (Ayuntamiento). Deposit amount depends on the length of your stay and will be calculated.
- It will be requested to send ID and residence details prior to arrival in order to prepare contract for your stay
- You will have to sign a medium term rental contract with digital signature before arrival.

Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Utility bills are included up to a maximum of 150€ per month.
If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.
Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
Code of conduct: the host reserves the right to take required action if any of the below rules are not respected:
- Respect the neighbours
- No smoking in the property
- No parties or events allowed
- No noise after 10 pm
- No pets allowed
