Not the best

We were under the impression from the listing that we had a two bedroom suite and that was not the case. One of our rooms wasn’t cleaned after we went to the room after checking in. The receptionist- Jason was rude & unapologetic about the incident. He first stated he would come to the room then made me come back to the lobby & wasn’t pleasant when giving me the new room keys.
Stayed 1 night in Nov 2024
