Spacious furnished apartment on the 2nd floor of a 100 year old home. It was converted to 3 apartments in the 60s keeping much of its Deco charm.

This apartment is 1000 square feet, has AC, a washer & dryer, lots of kitchen supplies full bathroom, living & dining room & bedroom. Deck leads to large fenced yard with grill & pizza oven & gardens.

One time cash pet fee of $200.
