We booked here, but the owner canceled the reservation due to her calendar not syncing and the room was already booked.

Good evening. I am extremely upset that you would give me a one star review when I was very apologetic about the mix up. You never even stepped foot in my apartment and now your one star review will sink my listing to at least a solid year. I really don’t appreciate that. This was completely out of my control
