This small studio is perfect for visitors who want a cheap, warm place to stay and use it as a base to explore the nature around Konitsa. It's not a spacious place (20 square meters) where many people can stay comfortable and spend many hours in it, but for 2-3 people who want to be outdoor, most of time active and have a small budget, is perfect
Not far from the house (from 5' to 1+ hour) you will find nice places like Zagori, Voidomatis and Aoos river, Vikos gorge and Smolikas mountain.

The house is equipped with AC but there is also heating system that connects with the upper floor. There is WiFi and there is a couch that can become a single bed at Bed 1,20 cm size (little less that double).
