Amomos Villa, is a friendly, family house with Private Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi-SPA and Sauna, quietly situated 1200 meters from the city of Nea Makri and 1600 meters from the beach. It offers a warm, peaceful and friendly environment .

It is fully equipped and consists of three separate double bed master bedrooms with a sofa bed in the bedroom of ground floor and one more double bed in library area in the first floor. Also, the living room with fireplace, libraries, dining area with hand made dining table for 10 people, fully fitted kitchen, master bathroom and Shower Bath, outdoor Private Swimming Pool (9x5=45 sq.m.) with Jaccuzi - SPA embeded and Sauna in the master bathroom. Also it is surrounded by attractive gardens, lawn area patio, Barbecue, outdoor furniture, and sunbeds.

Facilities include, HD stereo system, two flat-screen LCD satellite - Smart TVs - with NETFLIX connection, one for the lounge - living room and one for the library area of the first floor, full equipped kitchen, washing machine and an excellent air conditioned environment.
A classic class decoration with original paintings on the walls and light interior design offer a contemporary comfortable and luxury environment.

Amomos Villa is being 36 klm from Athens, 8 klm from the Port of Rafina and 16 klm from the International Athens Airport (Eleftherios Benizelos).

Wonderful house close to Athens and the beach

The pool is amazing, the house is very well equipped and cosy the hosts are wonderful and the location is perfect for a mixture of city and beach. You need a car, though, the distances are too much to walk.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr Gastfteundlich und sind jeder Zeit erreichbar gewesen für Fragen. Für eine Städtereise eine perfeke Unterkunft, fernab vom Trubel und dennoch prima zu erreichen (ca.30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten) Ein Tip ist es auch, dass Auto an einer Metro Station zu parken, um dem Verkehrswahnsinn zu entkommen. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Entspannung pur. Alles sehr gepflegt für die Südeuropäischen Verhältnisse. Es lohnt sich.
