To make your arrival as seamless as possible, we offer a personalized door code for the length of your stay.

PARKING: Conveniently located within the building, parking is available for an additional cost. As of 2024 the rate is $28.00 per day.

HUI RENTAL CAR SERVICE: Located on the 5th floor of our building, Hui is a great, flexible rental car option! Simply download the app and enjoy a pay-by-the-hour rental car.

Free Parking: Along the side of the lagoon of Hilton Hawaiian Village which has a 6-hour maximum stay and available from 4:30 in the morning up to 10:30 at night. And since its free parking, it tends to get crowded.

** From the moment you book, we will send a personalized guidebook of our favorite local foods and attractions.

** SUPPLIES: To kickstart your vacation, we`ve provided enough products (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, etc) to get you started. However, please note that once depleted, guests are kindly responsible for supplying their own.

** QUIET HOURS: We observe peaceful moments from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. It`s a time to unwind, relax, and enjoy the serenity of the island surroundings.

** CHECK-IN: The check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to a fee of 50% of the nightly rate, plus applicable taxes.

** CHECK-OUT: Time to say aloha to our beautiful retreat is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the reservation ends promptly at this time to ensure the best experience all our guests. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your standard checkout date. Late check-out is subject to a fee of $25 per every half-hour after 10:00 AM. Under no circumstances will late check-out be past noon, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned. Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

** TELEVISION: Enjoy the entertainment options by signing into available streaming services with your personal login information. Before departing, kindly remember to sign-out of your accounts to ensure privacy.

** LAUNDRY: For your convenience, laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, shared among guests. Payment can be made through the PayRange app (available for download while in the USA or Canada) or via credit card.
