This property was everything we could have asked for plus more. The outdoor furniture was super comfy and ocean views were amazing. We absolutely loved the huge TV in the living room. Parking was literally steps to the elevator. Yesenia was a wonderful hostess who communicated quickly with any questions we had. Upon arrival we found that the condo was very well stocked with soaps, shampoos, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels as well as laundry detergent. Such a wonderful place. We cannot wait to come back and hope to be staying here for years to come.

We absolutely love this condo!! The main thing we loved is Yesenia thought of everything just like we were at home!! Beach towels, bag, umbrellas, shower supplies, laundry room supplies, coffee supplies and my favorite was the apron!! We loved it so much we are planning to go back in the summer!!

We had the most amazing stay in this condo. It is beautiful, warm and inviting. Every detail is thought of! Right down to beach towels and a beach bag! The condo is very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The master bedroom is bright and airy with a wall of windows and slider out to the patio. However the highlight of this condo is the beautiful patio and the amazing view! The furniture is so comfortable. The main reason we chose this condo! We spent mornings and evenings just loving the view. We even saw dolphins the last 2 mornings! The up close parking was an added bonus and so convenient. Yesenia is so kind and helpful and provided very detailed information about everything we needed to access getting into the condo to the pool and beach. We highly recommend this beautiful condo and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Destin.

Our family of 4 had an amazing vacation at Breakers East Unit 1104. The condo is truly beachfront, and the quick 1‑minute walk to the sand made every day effortless. No long elevator waits, covered up front parking, and smooth check‑in/checkout added to the convenience. The unit is beautiful and fully stocked. We especially loved the included beach chairs and umbrella setup - everything is stored in the condo, and the quick, easy setup meant we were relaxing on the beach within minutes. The kitchen had everthing you would want and need for cooking and the outdoor grilling area was ready to use with all supplies provided. The décor is gorgeous, and the patio became one of our favorite spots with its stunning view and comfortable furniture. The washer and dryer made keeping up with beach towels simple, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable for streaming and work. The property feels safe, family‑friendly, and quiet, and the pool was clean, refreshing, and never crowded. The location is another huge plus - you’re right in the center of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the early check‑in and late checkout made our stay even better. Breakers East 1104 is the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and beachfront beauty. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a 5‑star beachfront stay.
