This large two bedroom/2bath unit sleeps 6 and has all the amenities of home and more. The gulf front living area has a large sectional SLEEPER SOFA and a recliner along with a 55 inch flat screen TV/DVD. There is also a wet bar with an undercounter wine & beverage refrigerator for storing those happy hour necessities.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to serve up a pizza or a gourmet meal on beautiful dishes and tableware. The breakfast bar along with the dining room table can seat 6 people comfortably. And from the living, dining and kitchen rooms the sparkling gulf waters dominate and command your view.

The large gulf front master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a large flat screen TV/DVD and an attached large bathroom area with a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the gulf front balcony. And you have amazing water views lying in the bed. What a perfect way to wake up in the morning!!!

The guest bedroom features a king size bed with a tempurpedic mattress, flat screen TV/DVD and plenty of dresser drawers and closet space. The guest bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub, toilet and single sink vanity. And there is a high end queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The gulf front balcony is large with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will enjoy a lounger for catching rays; a high top table for cocktails and meals, 2 comfortable rocker/swivels … perfect for that first cup of morning coffee. From your 4th floor scenic view, you can watch your family play on the beach, swim in the large pool or enjoy the hot tub. And I can’t even begin to describe the exquisite sunsets. It is one of the “Greatest Ocean Views on the Gulf”.

We keep beach chairs, coolers and beach toys for your use in the outside closet.

For those of you that like to work out while on vacation, there is a Fitness Center on site next to the pool patio. And unit 409 has one of the few garage parking spots at Sterling Sands. This spot is directly in front of the west elevator – so unloading and loading are done easily. Our unit also comes with an additional parking space in the undesignated parking lot area in front of the building.

Sterling Sands Resort in Destin is a mid-rise beachfront condo complex that is extremely popular with renters. The complex is low density consisting of 8 floors with 112 gulf front units. Amenities include a large gulf front pool (heated in season); an outdoor hot tub; a Fitness Center; a BBQ gas grill pavilion area and two beach Boardwalks with showers. And enjoy the pristine sands with 380 feet of private beach just for you!!

You may never want to leave the complex, but when you are ready to venture out, Destin offers endless choices in fine and casual dining, shopping, Big Kahuna’s water park, The Trak (right across the street), golf, deep sea fishing, etc.
