Magnifique appartement avec des murs de briques des deux côtés. Idéalement situé, vous pourrez explorer la ville à pied ou en transports en commun. La grande et lumineuse chambre des maîtres et la 2ème chambre ont un grand dressing et des lits queen size. La 3ème chambre est une terrasse de 10 ’x 32’ transformée en une véranda 3 saisons avec 4 grandes fenêtres. Cette chambre baignée de lumière naturelle dispose de 2 lits queen-size et d'un coin salon. Le salon / salle à manger / cuisine est un espace ouvert de 14 ’x 40’ avec des fenêtres sur la véranda. En hiver, la véranda est fermée et la chambre principale est dotée de 2 lits queen-size, tandis que le quatrième lit est installé au bout du salon. Cet appartement confortable dispose également d'une grande salle de bains avec une baignoire à jets et une douche à l'italienne.

Cet appartement accueillant de 1550 m² comprend:

Vous êtes également à quelques minutes à pied du magnifique parc Lafontaine et de la place Saint-Louis.

Great Location

We loved the location of this property. We had ready access to Metro stations and bus lines. The air-conditioning provided much reprieve from the heatwave. Though a city townhouse, the space felt big and accommodated our two families well.

Great Property in a Great Location

Very roomy and well laid out in a great area of Montreal with many restaurants. A stylish, modern apartment with all the required amenities and more. More than enough space for my group, and the two bathrooms were very welcome and not common on other listings. The room that was made from an enclosed patio was a bit warm in the night as the AC did not work very well (granted Montreal was quite warm for the time we were there), and the flooring the apartment were dirty when we arrived , but other that that it is a lovely place that I would highly recommend.

Great spot. Constant communication when needed, great location with food spots to order take out from if you are with family. Can easily walk to metro, Latin quarter, parc fontaine. Terrace is a plus!

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

Beautiful, modern apartment with lots of room in the perfect location. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and there are cozy spaces to rest after a busy day. Loved hanging out on the outside deck overlooking the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The best part was the spaciousness and central location. We were in Montreal for less than 24 hours, and we had access to great food and all the major attractions we wanted to see. The apartment was very spacious and allowed everyone to decompress in between site seeing and eating. Highly recommend the dumpling place right across the street!

Fantastic location! Did our own pub crawl and had fantastic margaritas at Manana, breakfast at L’Evidence was superb and Vera our waiter was amazing! So much to do around Rue Saint Denis that you do not need to leave the area. The only disappointment was the propane tank was empty.

Perfectly situated in picturesque neighborhood

When we walked in, my boys said “wow”. The apartment was clean and charming with modern appointments in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved the terrace! We were within easy walking distance of many of Montréal’s attractions and cafes. Best of all, we didn’t feel like we were in the middle of a tourist trap - the neighborhood felt authentic. After all the walking we did, the front steps were a piece of cake!

Surprisingly comfy

Me and my 2 adult sons were pleasantly surprised with the accomadations. Very well stocked kitchen. Clean bathroom. Sharp KNIVES!!!! Amazing. This flat is situated in the heart of the Plateau - which is endlessly eclectic and fun to walk.

We are a couple in their thirties who have met 15 years ago working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service and a real passion for Montreal!

After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now parents of two, we love running our family business and our 17 apartments.
