Great location. Close to attractions, but in a local neighborhood. Quaint and quiet. Right below is a great coffee bar and breakfast cafe. Being a tourist without the tourists.

The host responded quickly to each little question and the apartment was very clean and spacious, right upstairs from a greta little cafe and breakfast place. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for making that possible!

Bad first impression, filthy entrance from street level with ripped stair runner. 22 steps to front door then 14 steps to unit level with a broken bannister.Unit itself is clean and comfortable, but furniture in picture is not what is in the unit now. Kitchen is well equipped. NOTE TO OWNER; One sofa cushion needs repair, remove dead palm plant in bedroom, clear bathroom sink drain, bannister needs repair.

We are glad you found the unit itself clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. ​We appreciate you pointing out these maintenance items, as it helps us keep our high standards. We want to reassure future guests that we take immediate action: the bathroom sink has been cleared, the banister is fully repaired, and the damaged plant has been removed. We have also already scheduled the complete replacement of the entrance stair carpeting. ​Regarding the furniture, we actually fully upgraded the entire unit last November with brand new pieces, including larger and higher-quality mattresses, to provide an even better and more comfortable experience for our guests. ​Thank you again for helping us improve, and we wish you all the best!

Host was very good at communication. There was parking available for a reasonable additional fee about a block away. There was a fantastic coffee shop downstairs and a breakfast restaurant and some excellent nearby restaurants. Ubers were very reasonably priced in the area.We would stay there again for sure. Host was excellent with communication. The unit is in very good shape and seems well maintained.

Our stay in this property was amazing! The space was beautiful and spacious. It was in a convenient location for our planned sightseeing, and a few blocks away from a wonderful ice cream shop. The breakfast place downstairs also was great.

A fantastic trip to downtown montreal

This property was in the perfect location, many great restaurants within walking distance, and a fantastic breakfast spot right downstairs. It was a large, clean apartment that met our needs perfectly.

We had such a wonderful stay in this great apartment. So much space, clean and well appointed. We were close to coffee shops, parks and restaurants. We relaxed on the rooftop terrace. Such a friendly friendly neighborhood.

The flat was very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our visit. The location was good—close to two metro stops—and we relied on the bus and metro every day to get around easily.One of our favorite touches was the collection of puzzles in the flat. With the cold weather outside, they created some nice family time. We even added one we brought from home and left it behind to contribute to the collection.The breakfast/lunch spot downstairs is excellent and highly recommended, and the coffee shop next door quickly became part of our daily routine—a relaxing, welcoming place to start the day or take a break.

Great location!! 15 minute walk to Ild Montreal plus a 5 or 10 minute walk to the metro stations! St Catherine street was pretty much just outside the door. Felt safe walking even later into the evening! Simon was quick to reply anytime I messaged him!! If we ever get a chance to return, we’d try to book here again!!

Property is exactly as seen in photos. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. We arrived after dark, check in was easy with no issues also the host was able to accommodate a little later check out for us. The location is convenient with a small market, coffee house and restaurants just down stairs. There is easy access to many areas in downtown Montreal via walking, bus, uber or taxi. We were very comfortable staying here and would absolutely stay again if in Montreal. Thank you Simon!
