We enjoyed our stay in this rustic cabin. It was clean and the bed was comfy. It’s nothing fancy but Sharon was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved being tucked back in the woods. It was 4 minutes from the campgrounds so was a good alternative to staying in a tent with our kids.
My stay was awesome. My first time in Alaska. Sharon and Frank were amazing. The cabin was fantastic Sharon was kind enough to watch my lab Raven, while I fished for Sockeye salmon on the Kenai. What a remarkable day and stay as well. I will return.
We wanted a weekend away from the troubles of life, and that's exactly what we got - the cabin was perfect, the location was very convenient to his fishing, and we lacked for nothing.
This was a perfect place for us to stay while fishing. It was close to the Kasilof River, was clean, comfortable, and the host was attentive. Had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Nice Get Away
My wife and I were down from Anchorage for a wedding weekend, and this place was close by the venue and priced right. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating, and they welcomed our dog warmly. The cabin is a short walk to the lake for fishing, and is easy to find as well. It's far enough away from town to feel like an escape, but close enough to drive in for dinner. The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep, with a low overhang, so keep that in mind. I'd go back for sure.
