The Moose Cabin is a cozy dry cabin tucked into the woods beside a private lake in Kasilof, Alaska. Just 2 minutes from the Kasilof River and about 12 minutes from the Kenai River, it’s an ideal basecamp for fishermen, dipnetters, families, and anyone looking for an affordable Alaska camping experience.
Several stocked fishing lakes are also located within just a few miles, giving you even more opportunities to get out on the water.
The cabin features two bunk beds (one bunk with a lower queen size) and a small table inside. Outside, enjoy the fire pit, picnic table, and charcoal BBQ—perfect for relaxing and cooking after a long day of fishing.
This is a true dry-cabin experience with no running water or electricity inside the cabin. A shared bathroom is available on-site with electricity, cold running water, and a flushing toilet. Please note that there is no shower.
Guests need to bring their own sleeping bags and pillows.
